Overview
Appgate SDP's BYOL version requires a separate software license. AWS Marketplace doesn't charge customers for usage of the Appgate SDP software, but customers must supply a separate license key to activate the product. This license key is purchased outside of AWS Marketplace. Without this license key, the product is limited to 2 Users and 1 Site. To obtain a license for the product, go to https://www.appgate.com/support/software-defined-perimeter-support/sdp-additional-licenses

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance.
