Vendor refund policy
No refunds, except on a pro rata basis for unearned prepaid fees in the event of (i) breach by Anchore of certain warranty provisions in the MSSA or (ii) infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, which cannot be cured and thereby require Anchore to terminate the MSSA.
