Overview
Enterprise AI systems are making decisions that affect customers, regulators, and courts. When those decisions are challenged, investigated, or audited, the only question that matters is whether you can prove what happened.
Most organizations cannot. Logs exist. Records exist. But logs can be rotated, records can be altered, and no standard infrastructure produces proof that the record you are presenting today is identical to the record created at the moment of the decision.
SYEN Comply closes that gap. Every AI action, human approval, and automated decision is signed with Ed25519, chained with SHA-256, and anchored daily to DigiCert's RFC 3161 trusted timestamp authority. An auditor can verify the entire chain using only OpenSSL with no access to your systems or ours. Modify a single record and the chain fails at that exact position. Delete a record and the gap is detected. Insert a fabricated record and it is rejected immediately.

You choose between two contract tiers based on how many audit events you record per year. SYEN Comply Professional covers up to 10 million events per year and includes the core cryptographic audit infrastructure, SDK, cloud key management integration, and a 99.9% service level. SYEN Comply Enterprise removes the event cap and adds options like a dedicated instance, custom key and hardware security module integration, custom data residency, a 99.95% service level, and phone support. Enterprise offers annual and multi-year contract terms. Pricing scales with your event volume and the level of deployment control you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One event is a single recorded action posted to the events endpoint. This includes an AI model inference, a human approval, an access grant, or a final decision. Each call creates one signed, chained entry. The Professional tier counts these against a yearly cap of 10 million.
The Professional tier is capped at 10 million events per year. If your volume grows past that limit, you move to the Enterprise tier, which removes the event cap entirely. This is a tier change, not an automatic overage charge on the Professional tier.
Both tiers deploy into a cloud environment you own, with signing keys in your own key management service. Enterprise adds a dedicated instance option, custom key and hardware security module integration, custom data residency, and air-gapped Kubernetes deployment for isolated environments. Professional uses the standard shared deployment.

Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If a verified outage attributable solely to SYEN Systems exceeds 72 consecutive hours, customers may request a prorated credit for that period. Credits apply to future billing only and are not redeemable for cash. Third-party provider outages are excluded. Requests must be submitted to sales@syensystems.com within 30 days. Governed by the laws of New York.
