Overview
Enterprise AI systems are making decisions that affect customers, regulators, and courts. When those decisions are challenged, investigated, or audited, the only question that matters is whether you can prove what happened.
Most organizations cannot. Logs exist. Records exist. But logs can be rotated, records can be altered, and no standard infrastructure produces proof that the record you are presenting today is identical to the record created at the moment of the decision.
SYEN Audit closes that gap. Every AI action, human approval, and automated decision is signed with Ed25519, chained with SHA-256, and anchored daily to DigiCert's RFC 3161 trusted timestamp authority. An auditor can verify the entire chain using only OpenSSL with no access to your systems or ours. Modify a single record and the chain fails at that exact position. Delete a record and the gap is detected. Insert a fabricated record and it is rejected immediately.

Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If a verified outage attributable solely to SYEN Systems exceeds 72 consecutive hours, customers may request a prorated credit for that period. Credits apply to future billing only and are not redeemable for cash. Third-party provider outages are excluded. Requests must be submitted to sales@syensystems.com within 30 days. Governed by the laws of New York.
