SYEN Comply connects the events that make up a regulatory response: the change itself, the approval, the remediation, and the resulting action in systems like Okta, ServiceNow, and AWS. Compliance, risk, audit, security, and AI teams get one record of what the organization knew, authorized, changed, and did.
The same model governs AI agents. SYEN binds an agent's mandate, authority, scope, and actions into the record, so you can prove an agent stayed within the job it was assigned.
Every record is signed with Ed25519, chained with SHA-256, and anchored daily to a DigiCert RFC 3161 timestamp. Anyone can verify the chain with standard OpenSSL, with no access to your systems or ours.

You choose between two contract tiers based on your event volume. SYEN Comply Professional covers up to 10 million events per year and includes event signing, chain verification, daily anchoring, a software development kit, multi-environment support, key management integration, and a 99.9% service level agreement. SYEN Comply Enterprise removes the event limit and adds all Professional features plus a dedicated instance option, custom key management and hardware security module integration, custom data residency, a 99.95% service level agreement, and phone support. Enterprise offers annual and multi-year contract terms.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An event is each consequential action or change that the system seals with a signed receipt. Lookups, reads, retries, and telemetry are never counted toward the limit. Only verified receipts tied to who had authority and what happened count against your annual event total.
The Professional tier covers up to 10 million events per year. To go beyond that limit, you move to the Enterprise tier, which removes the event cap. The change is not automatic; you select the Enterprise contract when your volume exceeds the Professional ceiling.
You must provision your own AWS KMS key for payload encryption. The system uses your key to encrypt event payloads before storage and never sees your plaintext data. Enterprise adds custom key management and hardware security module integration beyond the standard AWS KMS setup.

Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If a verified outage attributable solely to SYEN Systems exceeds 72 consecutive hours, customers may request a prorated credit for that period. Credits apply to future billing only and are not redeemable for cash. Third-party provider outages are excluded. Requests must be submitted to sales@syensystems.com within 30 days. Governed by the laws of New York.
