Pro includes everything in Starter and adds real-time monitoring features like browser-extension shadow AI detection, code scanning, risk alerts, data leak detection, weekly digests, and priority support. The tiers stack, so Pro builds on the Starter base. You can start with Starter and move up to Pro, with all data carried over.

Subscriptions bought via AWS Marketplace are billed in advance for the selected contract term and are non-refundable for partial or unused periods. We review requests case by case for exceptional circumstances: a sustained technical failure on our side, duplicate charges, or an accidental renewal reported within 48 hours.
