All SUSAN by ServQual subscriptions are billed and managed through AWS Marketplace. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the AWS Marketplace console. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans canceled within 14 days receive a full refund. Free trials incur no charges. AWS Marketplace Support handles all billing and refunds securely.
