    SUSAN by ServQual is a next-generation Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform built entirely on AWS serverless architecture. Designed for CISOs, auditors, and compliance leaders, it automates cybersecurity assessments, control validations, and regulatory mappings across global standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST CSF, DORA, and Indias DPDP Act.

    Using Generative AI, SUSAN automatically analyzes artifacts, alerts, and evidence to generate real-time risk scores, recommendations, and compliance dashboards. Its integrated modules support risk registers, incident response planning, asset inventory, vendor risk, and continuous monitoring.

    SUSAN enhances operational resilience through built-in IRP templates, awareness training, and a follow-the-sun model supported from the UK, USA, and India.     What is our primary use case?

    SUSAN has been a game-changer for our Security Operations Center  (SOC). The ability to seamlessly integrate with our existing infrastructure—specifically our firewall and endpoint protection solutions—has provided us with a truly enhanced and centralized view of our entire environment. This level of visibility and control was previously impossible with our disparate tools.

    How has it helped my organization?

    The Security Incident Score is arguably the most valuable feature. It immediately highlights critical gaps and weaknesses in our current security structure, allowing us to not just react to incidents, but to proactively identify and continuously improve our controls. It has been an essential metric for measuring and driving security posture improvement across all our compliance domains.

    It has drastically reduced the time spent on manual audits and risk reporting, allowing our team to shift focus from compliance checks to meaningful security hardening activities. Our overall security posture has undoubtedly been strengthened.

    What is our primary use case?

    I recently evaluated SUSAN, and I must say it is a very strong and reliable product. Its integration capabilities are impressive, with seamless support for AWS , Azure , Google Cloud , Microsoft 365, and other leading platforms.

    What really stood out to me are the built-in security features such as ISO certifications, data security controls, risk assessment, and SOC 2 compliance, which give confidence in its ability to support governance and keep the organization moving in the right direction.

    Overall, SUSAN is a well-rounded solution that combines flexibility, security, and compliance in one package.

    How has it helped my organization?

    SUSAN has strengthened our overall security posture. We have integrated it with our firewall, endpoint protection, and other critical applications, which has enhanced visibility and control.

    One of the most valuable features is the Security Incident Score, which helps us identify gaps in our structure and continuously improve them.

    The questionnaire feature is very valuable, as it is easy to complete and simple to attend.

    If we fail to mitigate any part of the questionnaire, SUSAN provides professional recommendations along with step-by-step guidance, which makes the implementation process clear and effective.

    The Auditor Option view access needs to be separated.
