We offer a flexible refund policy for our AI Governance & Security Gateway, If you are unsatisfied or have been billed incorrectly for node usage, you may request a refund within 30 days of the charge. To initiate a request, please contact our support team at contact@alertai.com with your AWS Account ID and details of the usage. Approved refunds are processed manually via the AWS Marketplace Refund Support and will appear as a credit on your next AWS statement.
