Great products easy to install and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
The management interface which provides real time information for everything. Also the 2 ways of configuration, client and web access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to think, I would say that spamblocker service needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all is network security , not just perimeter but internal too. We enjoy 2 factor authentication for VPN and domain internally. Complies with regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard is constantly updating their partners and customers with new threat information. Their support team is extremely responsive and helpful - they will literally walk you through how to do something step by step to ensure you set something up properly. Their knowledge base is immense and they are constantly offering trainings and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't come across anything that I dislike about WatchGuard. Everything from their support team/partner managers, to their knowledge base and products - everything is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping to reduce the ever-changing threat of cybersecurity. They are constantly researching to find new threats and make sure that their customers are protected from them. They allow us to deploy security devices to our customers at ease as we know they will function as they should.

Their support is excellent, their product is excellent i would not recommend anything better

nothing i am happy with all aspects of Watchguard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watchguard is solving our Antivirus EDR protection, Program blocking HID firewalls, device blocking and content filtering, it is having a bigger impact on employees doing their work

I would recommend their software completely one of the best on the market

Easy yo use once you understad the system manager criteria.

The look and feel of the interface Is no verte friendly as well as the graph un the monitorig options

Creare secure connections between the users and the apps improving the ability to work securely ti móviles users

What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard firewall devices are superior to any competitor devices we've trialled. We have them in place at dozens of customer sites and they have never failed us. The support is brilliant, the devices are easy to use and the surrounding products (e.g. DNS Watch) are brilliant too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, we've had a few issues but support are always quick to fix it, or raise a feature request on our behalf. The only major thing I've found lacking is lack of websocket support in WebBlocker but this has been raised for us a feature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customers secure. We recently rolled out a block against Russian/Belarusian traffic to all our customers using Geo Filtering which helped our customers feel safer with emerging cyber threats.

I love the ease of use and how granular you can make the permissions

There is really nothing to dislike about the products!

The ability to detect and block malicious payloads before they enter my network the ability to connect to active directory and push permissions through AD

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WatchGuard firewalls for many years across the different models released to keep up with higher bandwidth needs and evolving threats to our networks. We love the multiple layers of defence that you get in the one box each of which reduce the likelihood of compromise events occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think of anything we don't particularly like about the Watchguard firewall, wireless or 2FA / MFA Solutions (Authpoint) as both product and customer service (support in partucular in rare cases needed have been spot on. No if I was a hacker filling on the section on what you don't like; then I would have a lot to list, but we're on the good guy's team so there you are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use WatchGuard to secure the office and data centre perimeter traditionally to block external sites trying to connect maliciously and other risks. HTTPS and real time AV scanning help. Lately we are also using TDR (Threat Detection and Response) to correlate issues.

For network security - firewalls, UTM and endpoint protection WatchGuard is a very reliable partner and combines quality and value at just the right level. The services pay for themselves handsomely in reducing internet risks.

Super intuitive dashboards, extremely audited, clients extremely satisfied with the security solution. It promises what it delivers. I recommend it without a doubt, as I feel secure with the solution.

WG is a robust tool with multiple features that contribute to network protection and meets our expectations. An affordable product with high benefits.

The full range of security portfolio, provides a complete cover of today's network security needs.

Some integrations are still missing, like log ingestion for SIEM/Soc environments

The projects that We deployed WatchGuard products are focused on the internet gateway. Customers are now able to enjoy lower TCO's
