An amazing hosted Grafana service
What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io provides extensive customisation options, custom alerting and plenty of data sources, all at an affordable price. Their Support Team is excellent - both knowledgeable and polite. We have never experienced any significant downtime and the service is very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major things I dislike about Logz.io. We did have an annoying issue when setting up two-factor authentication for a couple of specific users, but their Support Team helped us go around it. Also, keep in mind they will throttle your metrics ingestion if you have a data spike (though I would imagine most services would do the same), but that is a rare occurrence for us.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place to collect all logs. Graphs and visualizations for searching are very useful. Clear logs and the ability to expand more whenever needed. We can also check surrounding logs. Easy integration of open-source tools using AI-powered features. My developer life becomes easy, as it has become part of day-to-day activity.

I don't like Logz.io from any angle.

While the platform is generally great, a few minor areas could use further refinement, particularly around alert adjustments and configs.

Great Logs Monitoring For Any Requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement logz.io inside product. Also dashboard so user friendly and by default get lot of insights about logs. Live logs helps to understand the problem from insight. New AI features helps to figure out common bugs very fast.

Live logs reporting can be more fast. Great if it can suggest market device performance data.

Logz gives almost realtime logs that help us to solve end user issue with very short duration of time. Help to monitor product continously and improve the product performance.
Easy to collect necessary data

When filtering for specific attributes, it was very simple and easy.
Compared to another platform (Kibana), it was much better when collecting data (copying only the data you want to select, not the whole data), as you can copy and transform the data as needed.
