What do you like best about the product?
The Sisense team is always ready to to help my startup software company with their expertise and understanding of questions as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Sisense. However I do wish they offered an inexpensive training platform for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sisense platform is an integral part of our Software as a Service to our large restaurant company customers. Each day they use AQA and Sisense to ensure that the food they serve to their guests is safe to eat, and not adulterated or contaminated by microorganisms or chemicals. They also use our platforms to monitor the quality of the products from their suppliers to ensure that they are providing products that meet the agreed to specifications.
At a higher level, AQA's mission is to improve public health throughout the food supply chain,and was developed to mitigate foodborne illness. The CDC estimates that each year roughly 1 in 6 Americans (or 48 million people) gets sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die of foodborne diseases.

Simple, efficient, beautiful
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is pretty simple to use and provide good and professionnal BI solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things doesn't come with the "built-in" solution, but there are supported plug-ins that are develop to fix those kind of weaknesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have lots of reports and it was taking so long to anlayse the outcome of them. With Sisense, we're able to tackle what is important and it mashes all the data to put it into results that speaks on the first sight.
Easy to use analytical tool
What do you like best about the product?
SiSense makes business user work with dashboards streamlined and intuitive. It's UIs are appealing to end users and extensive feature set allows to create very tailored user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great to have easier integration with Excel for users who are used to it

We create operational reporting for our software using SiSense
Simple to implement - Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to implement. Within a few weeks we already had dashboards up and running. Sisense has been a true partner with us, we receive constant support and insights on how to leverage and monetize our BI.
Reliable and flexible, really easy to use for the end user, but also extremely friendly for the data scientist/ BI analyst creating the dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better performance on mobile devices, some times processing its a challenge. We have overcome that by restricting the data is process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transition all reporting from excel and home grown solutions to Sisense. It was a seamless transition.
All our operation now runs trough Sisense dahsboards.

Having an already solid database management will allow you to maximize the potential of Sisense.

Sisense: Simplified Visualization of Complex Data
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense can quickly and accurately provide an immediate analysis of the company's day-to-day operational and financial outlook. Whether working with employees or managers, vendors or customers, Sisense allows me to provided detailed information but simplifies it so that it is easily readable, understandable and able to be presented and shared. As far as the current market's business intelligence systems are concerned, Sisense provides the aesthetics for visualization both through their own development, additional plugins and community developments/plugins for Sisense.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a pretty intricate initial setup which requires knowledge of coding and mapping which is not known to all. Sisense does a good job of linking you with partners that can assist to make sure you are setup properly to get the most out of the platform. I do think there needs to be a more "hands-on" approach to better understand the customer's needs and effectively implement a strategy to address them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense has given us the ability to have up-to-the-moment visibility into our global sales, operations and finances. With many offices spread around the globe and one system used by all offices, the data would take a long time to retrieve, refine and review. With Sisense, once we got past the initial setup portion, the information became available on the Dashboards that have been created and available for everyone to view, in real time.

Customer service is amazing from my rep Jan down to the help desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the oddball connectors becomes an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of messy data like many tech companies. Sisense has given us a way to get the truth out of data. Once I was able to get buy-in from everyone in the company we finally have a single point of truth rather than pulling a report from this system or that and hoping they match up.
Great for managing company data!
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of our data in helpful graphs that can be generated from SQL scrips called from our stored data is great for managing trends within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it takes a long time for the dashboards to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our companys imporatnt data is helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is great if you know SQL and work well within the SQL language. I personal am not making our dashboards yet, but loving the ones that our team has made, and generating super helpful BI info.
Sisense provided a tool to mine the data in our pharmacy software and build meaningful dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use by providing guides on how to create dashboards and connect data from different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors happening randomly after an elasticube build. They do not offer real-time technical support which is vital for critical issues that need resolutions immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational performance and Identifying business metrics. With the data that we have, we are able to make strategic decisions to improve key areas that support our business growth.

What do you like best about the product?
My users appreciate the ease of use and being able to produce useful analytics with very learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many product enhancements being released it is difficult to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is helping solve KPI/KRI gaps among individual teams and business leaders gain insightful analysis of their data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask yourself, would it be more beneficial for my users to create what they need themselves, or should I go with another vendor who do not innovate as fast, and require large levels of time and money to get off the ground.
