Awesome way to source data with several features similar to Tableau
What do you like best about the product?
Periscope allows users to utilize PostgreSQL language to query their data and put it into very visually appealing dashboards, customer service is also incredibly helpful and friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of SQL language nuances that are a little different in Periscope but not a huge deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing us to move away from static data sourcing and gives us the ability to track relevant metrics in real time as a company
Super easy to use for someone with minimal SQL/Database experience
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy for me to use on the fly. Can build new dashboard and reports within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know enough about the system yet. Still learning. I know there are a lot of bells and whistles that i am not taking advantage of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to address operational workflow issues and gaps. Able to really dive into the results of our business with these tools.

The speed at which I can deploy power functionality from client-requested features in their Dashboards.

Clients ability to visualize their data. Historically, we've needed to drive the reports for clients, or client have been limited to what data they could access. Now they have tools to view all their data in formats they demand

I love the speed, power and flexibility by enabling data teams to ingest, store, analyze, visualize and report on data all from one connected platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reorganizing widgets on a busy and slow running dashboard can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful in creating visual dashboards for large amounts of data to be analyzed very fast and effectively making them easily interpretable and presentable upon connection in a single platform.

Sometimes the error messages are unhelpful and do not imply the real issue
but the attentiveness of the CSM, support and product team is impressing

We are using SIsense to provide quick, reliable, and interactive dashboards for our management, using the alert system (PULS) to find abnormalities

What do you like best about the product?
Data that is displayed in such a way that you have insight at your fingertips. Easy to Navigate and switch between dashboards. Cubes are very easy to build.

Hidden Filters that appear only when hovered over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets me see info quickly so I can target top issues first. Gives the user information filtered and in segments that meaningful action can be taken. Easy to navigate and set different types of filters to display exactly what you want displayed. Able to quickly analyz cross information across many sets of data. Graphs are professional looking and provide executive overviews. Drilling down features makes it simple to access the detail.

What do you like best about the product?
We are relatively new to Sisense, but we have really enjoyed the intuitiveness of the tool from the beginning. As all tools do, it has some limitations, but the ease of configuration and the ability to get going quickly is one of the things we like the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are accomplished with community-based plugins which aren't officially supported, so if you intend to add complex functionality then you also need to have an ability to support plugins internally, or you have to find a way to have that managed for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of getting information to people. Hands down, this is the biggest benefit. We're moving away from static reports and moving towards giving people the ability to answer questions on their own without more report development time.

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT Business Analyst, Sisense software is extremely important in my everyday work. I utilize Sisense in collection of data from different sources then combine the information into one single warehouse. The data collected helps me to draw insights from various scenarios and share the same with my team or with our clients. Its user-interface is very friendly and does not use scripts. It also offers the user unmatched visualization of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense is an almost perfect tool. The vendor of the program will benefit greatly if they improve navigation features especially on mobile devices.

It can extract large amounts of data from various sources faster. In the current information age where more and more people are making decisions based on data, you need Sisense to gain more insight from any set of data.

Now I can say I have and I can share with my team a very powerful tool to analyze data and ease the decision making process.
Sisense & Data Warehouse Implemenation
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of use and the support. Sisense was very easy to install and implement. We were able to create useful reporting in a relatively short period of time. The ability to model data and the flexibility of the Elasticube functionality has allowed use to create reporting that we'd not have been able to do elsewise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we dislike about Sisense, in particular. Having more options as far as graphing and visualizations would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to 'sit' on top of our data warehouse to provide reporting, both internal and regulatory. We have been able to create dashboards for users to create their own reporting over different time periods. Rather than create separate reporting for each month for the user, the user simply has to change the date filter and export.
