What do you like best about the product?
The ease to upload set up and send out docs to be signed

Wish there was a better way to customize sending an email. Also, the logo does not show up for our company.

SignNow is very user friendly, it's easy to teach and simple to use when you're in a rush.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some data errors, such as the way you select a yes or no option that have held us up in the past. The errors would make it so the document couldn't be processed.

We are able to get clients coverage faster and use our time efficiently. We also utilize sign now to avoid fraud and false representation.

Shop around and see which processes you like about the application, and figure out if your business would benefit from digital signatures, considering your clientele age and experience.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pre-fill documents and send to clients/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No easy way to contact customer service. You have to email them if there is an issue and it takes 1-2 days for them to get back to you

Easy and convenient ways of having documents signed that don't need wet ink signatures

Uploading document pdfs from my computer to use as a template isn't always so easy, changes to appearance/size often have to be fixed and reuploaded.

I don't like the way the interface accumulates unfinished contracts and doesn't delete them.

Organizing our ongoing contracts into a single interface has saved us tons of time.
A very solid tool.
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has one of the most important advantages. You can use tags and get most of the prep work done before uploading a document, this saves a ton of time if you noticed a mistake, and you have a long document.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI shows it's age, how slow it gets at times. I wish there would be an option to set many notification emails. It's, it's too much right now. Like you will get at least 3 emails for just 2 signing parties upon sending a document for signing. One that would say the signing process has started, great, another one that you have to sign it and the last one to other signing party. After all, parties have signed, you will get another inbox attack. I mean there are a few things you can't fix with Google inbox filtering, but seriously it would be so much better if this can be properly adjusted and instead of attacking inbox, I could get an alert in slack, but only if I need it there. Give me options, and I'm happy. As said earlier, UI is slow, and there is nothing to do there other than re-writing in from scratch, but for what its worth, it's great.

E-signing hello. It saves a ton of time for every user that uses it in our organization, plus it's nice that it affects carbon footprint in a positive way.
