Adding the ability to have customers sign agreements without having to print the document
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better to create a link that we can deposit into our email or an email that includes our corporate signature

Agreements were slow to be processed due to print, sign, scan - this has been greatly improved

The document creator is hard to use and cumbersome at times. Not intuitive....

It has been good and very easy to use with my clients

Can easily upload and email to customer. Get an email when its signed. Everything is organize on the signed by sign date. I can easily go back and find a document.

I can not easily print the attach document from email attachment after its signed. I have to download the document first from the site. I cant send multiple documents at once. I would want to upload a picture document

Customer can sign online without have to print a document if no printer is available. Very easy to use and customer likes the feature. I dont have to fax documents anymore. Everyone have a phone or laptop to use signow

if your looking for a document that's affordable and easy to use this will be wonderful for your self or business. My customer love the easy to sign feature. You don't have to worry about faxing over any documents to customers. All documents will be stored and label for future use when you sign back in. I do like the fact that they email you when the documents are signed. I do not have to go back and constantly check the sites for updates to see if the customer signed. I would highly recommend signnow to any other business owner or non business owner who signs a document sign with out a hassle. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend signow to your Company. This will be beneficial addition to your organization.

The manipulation of digital documents today is of paramount importance to a large number of people. SignNow is a free software for iOS and Android devices that allows the signing of digital documents through an edition system, thus generating a new version of the document in pdf format with the signature already entered in it. The resource savings when using this tool are remarkable, as you only have to use your device, open the document, edit it and send it in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't many things you can say wrong about this app, because it does just what it promises, in a quick, simple and understandable way for any user who has never used a document signing software before. If there is a serious bad side is that customer support is only available on enterprise plans, which is a little disappointing if you have a problem and you have one of the most basic plans, even though the support works great if you have the possibility to pay an enterprise plan.

I work as a personal tutor and since i use Signnow my work has been simplified in an incredible way, it allows me to review documents immediately once they get into my email, being able to sign them once i have reviewed them and send them to their corresponding recipient. Since i work for a significant number of students, the amount of tests i have to review can become significant, so having a tool like this gives me relief and allows me to be more efficient in my work.

If you want a program that allows you to digitally sign your documents, without any impediment or extra steps then SignNow is a solid option for you. Since it is an application that its use is focus of mobile devices, saves you a lot of work in offices and companies and even have the ability to send link to the people you want you to sign in the document without the need to physically go to where they are located. Open up the possibilities of collaboration with your colleagues as it allows the creation of teams by categories to better manage documents, share and distribute them in a dynamic way.

What I like most about this platform is that it allows me to manage documents and make contracts with my clients from a distance regardless of whether they are present and that legal documents are never lacking to support my business or contracts, without a doubt this tool facilitates the handling of all kinds of documents in a pleasant and simple way for both the client and me and that helps me in my work area

The truth is I don't have many negative points in this program since it does its job in a very good way, however I don't like the support it has since it tends to be slow or nil in some cases, making solving problems almost always depends on the same user who should look for how to solve it, without a doubt better support for the user would improve the experience and help a lot to make this tool more useful than it really is

Sign Now offers a very simple solution to a difficult problem we had with not being bale to have clients out of state and even out of the country sign documents. This little doozy helped us streamline the process, until we got too big and had something developed in house.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there were bugs in the app, the only real way to do anything was to leave a review and then we got some support. Other than some little bugs though we enjoyed it while it was used.

Having over seas clients and out of state customers sign docs and make contracts official.

Its a solid application and I would absolutely recommend it, but I would say its probably for a smaller scale business, as we found that there were some serious limitations.

SignNow makes it easy for multiple teams to collaborate on the same document at the same time, sending to all parties for signature simultaneously cuts down on processing times and makes our document workflow more efficient while saving valuable time. SigNow features offer functionality, security and compliance and are easy to implement. he ability to upload forms and create templates. Document groups - like sending a virtual packet. The ability to have multiple parties complete and sign their portion of the same document simultaneously has been extremely effective for our company.

Overall, i have been very happy with this product.

It allows us to get documents signed. We can upload a pdf of a document and it will allow our customers to digitally sign the needed fields

Like most software, it occasionally has down times, like today, which really limits our business considering how heavily we rely on it. But all systems go down at times, we just have to rush when it finally comes back up

Helps us to get documents signed, especially paper documents that we need to upload and get a digital signature on. Otherwise we would have to mail copies to customers and wait for them to come back. This way we can get everything signed in minutes instead of days.

Makes getting electronic signatures easy, just upload the document and set the places that you need signatures on and you can easily get electronic signatures in minutes instead of waiting days to mail it the person and then wait for it to get sent back.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to route documents for signature and add fields to documents that you can then route. You can add date, time, calculated fields and even request files to be attached. This can all then be routed for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no major issues or items that I would change.

Our organization relies heavily on sending around paper copies of forms that need multiple signatures. SignNow allows me to digitize this process thus saving significant staff time and loss of documents in "transit".
