Great Tool for Office Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
SIgnNow allows us to instantly send out quotes and track who has signed our paperwork. Additionally, it allows us to maintain records online in the archives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful to us is that we use a free version and many of the features are limited to our version of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has allowed us to operate more efficiently, spend less on postage, modernize our contracting techniques all while staring signed documents in the archives for future reference as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to review the features when deciding which version of the application you will utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and works well for what my office is needed to do the job sending clients for their signatures. On top of it, very reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is lacking about SignNow comparing to other applications, it doesn't generate Signnow by and follow with the number after the signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some company doesn't accept signature using SignNow, due to the lack of signature is certified and verified to include a unique signature ID, time and date, information about the signer, IP address from the signer’s location.

I would recommend to others base on the price and easy to use system.
Quick, Easy, Fast, Always Available
What do you like best about the product?
I have been with SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for SignNow it was owned by SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it's back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a feature I really dislike. The nice thing with SignNow is if you want something you can reach out to support and they can give you a way to accomplish what you want or they can add it to the next release roadmap. I feel if there is something someone really doesn't like it's mostly their fault they don't like it because they haven't reached out to see if it is possible before giving up and saying they don't like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SignNow I don't need to mail paper back and forth or worry about if my clients have a fax machine or scanner. Phone apps are great for capturing PDF's with the phones camera but not everyone can figure that out the easiest. SignNow makes the experience easy for everyone saving money on postage, paper, ink, toner , and time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like saving time, money, and mailing resources and don't want to pay ridiculously high fees to take online signatures, sign now is for you!

would be nice to edit the contract on the site but not a big deal

Perfect for a small law firm
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to SignNow, my small law practice has become significantly more efficient. No more circulating documents, missing signatures, sometimes having to attend signings. I can better monitor the progress of document execution from any device. My need to remain in the office has been reduced. Having SignNow is one of the best improvements I have made to my law practice
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the default "signer" when putting signature areas in a document. The box created should remain the same as the the last one created, and not default to signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, having SignNow has reduced significantly my need to meet with clients, and has meant that documents "sent out" for signature no longer are returned with missing signatures.

Just buy it... it's almost perfect, and the price is definitely right.
Always reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and quickly being able to label items and send to clients to sign. No fuss and clients don't have to create their own account. Also, the app is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing documents on the platform and adding users. Never done it yet

We needed a solution to easily label docs and send to clients and you've done that with out clients having to have their own account.
Easy Paperless Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to process forms efficiently and on the go. In the past, I would have to wait until I receive something in my mailbox to be submitted, but not anymore. Also, I don't get buried in paper or have to wonder if I missed a form somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delayed loading after an invite is sent. It is relatively quick, but watching it load when my mind is going 100 miles an hour feels like forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paper to file or to categorize for scanning. Everything is already electronic so removes a step and saves paper!
