Very Happy!
What do you like best about the product?
Delivering contracts is really easy with sign now and easy for our customers to use. Now it's it can be integrated via Zapier and we are excited to automate our contract signing process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that it integrates with zapier and that has helped tons. If it had a deeper integration with Infusionsoft (keap) that would be amazing!

Great alternative to the other bigger companies
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to easily share and sign contracts. I appreciative that these count as legally-binding contracts. Additionally, I really appreciate how transparent the entire process is (with countersigned contracts emailed to everyone).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to edit the actual contracts. Since the system is set for pdfs you have to edit in word and then upload later. Insignificant if you use the same PSA/MSA for all clients, but can be slightly problematic if you run in to specific or unique issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the program to solve a lot of issues in streamlining our business contracting process. Greatly appreciated from the standpoint of a small business as we do not have the staff or time to dedicate an entire role to this function. Additionally, it helps ensure that all of our signed contracts hold legal weight, which is a valuable attribute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you carefully review the different tiers and make sure that you understand the limitations of each one.

Templates, signing links, ability for user to print and/or refuse to sign
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to have an equivalent to DocuSign's "Certificate of Authenticity". I have had several banks refuse to accept SignNow because the banks wrote into their procedures that they had to have the "Certificate", SignNow's history doesn't cut it as it doesn't associate the signature with the rest of the signer's information.
Dash board needs a way to select multiple documents at once (perhaps check boxes out the left) and then take action at once on all the ones selected (like archive or delete).

Completely got rid of faxing, scanning, and chasing down signers and documents.

Great platform for esignatures. Easy to use. Careful if your users of the documents require a "Certificate of Authenticity".

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send documents to clients to sign so they do not have to scan and email back to me. I also love that I can send my signed documents to clients on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn’t let you sort my most recently uploaded which makes it hard to find a document you are searching for. Other than that, I’m pleased with the program.

I can be prompt when sending contracts and invoices. SignNow makes it easy for me and my clients!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to reduce the time spent on onboarding paperwork in office by pre-sending the forms to be filled out at home. Also, it removes the need to scan and upload. It has greatly changed the way we hire (which is what we are constantly doing). We started using it middle of last year and the number of paper files we had at the end of the year compared to the year before was STAGGERING.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to change the color of the fields myself. I usually only have one signer but would prefer to be able to make certain sections stand out more than the blue/light blue motif currently being used. I am consistently running into problems with people missing required fields. Also, I want to be able to add and remove templates in a document group without restarting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a staffing agency and use this to send all of our client specific hire paperwork to new hires before bringing them in to onboard them.

After uploading any individual page-- make a copy of it and manipulate the copy so you dont have to start from scratch if you mess up.
It makes it easy to sign documents easily
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to append my signature on documents requiring my signature without needing to print it first then scanning it into a new document. Time can now be used for other important things. I also like how I can send or invite other people to sign documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its too useful to be disliked. It even helps with signing taxes downloaded from the IRS. This software will make a lot of things easier for everyone.

It helps with the signing of important and non-important documents quickly. Using signnow made a lot of things easier and also built better work relationships with some colleagues.

Signnow is a very easy and useful tool to use that will help a lot of people with easy signing and will also save time for other things.

The simplicity of the website and how easy it is for our customers to use. I am able to quickly and efficiently do my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actual do not like documents being prefilled with boxes to fill out. Maybe there is a way to turn this off...I will have to take a look.

Important documents are being signed faster cutting down on follow up time and speeding up processing time.
