CudaSign - Great product, Great Support, Great Company
What do you like best about the product?
CudaSign is easy to use, and has all of the essential features required. Cudasign is intuitive, with a an easy website layout, that flows well. Support is excellent, the price is excellent, and working with Barracuda and their partners (Suggest - Comware) is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it does have the essential features, it is lacking some of what might be considered more premium features. A couple features I would like to see are a central archive for users within the same team, and a audit trail that includes to whom the document was emailed too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started off with a single need, after using it for awhile it has become more and more integrated into our daily systems. We now utilize it across a host of different forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, you wont regret it. The cost of ownership is low and Barracuda's support is outstanding. Although I stated that it is lacking some features, it has everything needed and more. You simply can't go wrong with cudasign.
Works well for providing our clients with an easy way to sign off on consultant timesheets.

I like the fact it is easy to use and my clients have no problems using it.

I think the workflow could be a little cleaner, but overall no major dislikes.

Easy to use, Very Efficienct!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user friendly this program was. For both myself as the one setting the documents up and for the people I was having sign our documents.I could set up a document once, use it over and over again, and it took me a short amount of time to set up. It's an efficient program to have and a tool our company relied on heavily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything I disliked about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 10 page volunteer applications that people used to spend a ton of time filling out and had a difficult time scanning in the double sided documents. Now, they fill it all out online with a legally binding signature. It's simple, its safe, it's an easy decision.

I like that I am able to sign a document from anywhere I am in the world without having have to be present in the office

I absolutely love the cuda sign, so efficient, easy to use and saves so much postage and time

I sometimes need to sign for my boss and once signature is , I can't change from mine to his when sending docs to customers to sign, minor inconvenience and understand why it is there.

It is such an easy program I do not have any suggestions right now.

What do you like best about the product?
It takes something that is usually annoying (finding a printer, printing a document, signing it and scanning it) incredibly easy and take less than a minute. Really that's the best thing you can say about technology. And it makes my signature look cooler than it actually is. Also the date looks good because you can type it instead of hand writing it. Also it's really easy to email a pdf directly out.
It used to be so annoying when I was running around and I got something emailed to me that I needed to sign because I would either need to go home, go into the office, or find a print store. Now I just open the pdf in sign now. Sign it. And email it back.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, it works and it works easy so what is there to complain about? I guess I don't like needing to pay for it when my free trial runs out. But if an app deserves money, it's this one.

I can sign documents and email them out to more people to sign in seconds. I deal with a ton of contracts and it keeps me organized and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get it if you need to sign stuff. Print less shit. Save the environment. Don't lose things. Yeah. It's good.
