The best and safest open source distro operating system
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ubuntu is open-source OS is available for everyone. The operating system is free to use and has great quality support. everyone can use this os. whether it is beginner or master. another best feature of this OS is safe and secure. recommending to every user whether it is beginner or expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Ubuntu. we may expect some windows-based software can be used on this os. but Ubuntu has its best feature of Security which is unbeatable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu is a free open-source operating system and can easily get it and used for learning purposes and testing purposes. Python is working just awesome and very customizable os. The most trustful thing about this Operating system is security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
developers must try this operating system. I would recommend this os to every beginner to expert. free and easy to use.

I work on this operating system in my personal laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is really stable and reliable to use it on work. On daily basis I use ubuntu to do my office work and it's serving me well. I do open multiple windows and browser but it works smoothly without any lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that I don't like is limition of software available on ubuntu OS. Softwares like arena and Cplex are only available on different platform but not on ubuntu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do use ubuntu for my daily work purpose and it's working fine. On daily basis I use Mozilla thunderbird mail client with google chrome to check my emails. For fun I use spotify and some game on steam which is great. All multitasking I'm doing is working smoothly without any lag so I don't really have any complain about ubuntu.

The Operating system is Opensourced. You can use this os as .iso formats which is very handy. There are support for many Opensourced packages in the Ubuntu repo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is the package management tool used that needs to be standardized. Either apt or apt-get would be sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application deployment. Automated application deployment on cloud as VMs. Anywhere that an application needs to be run

It is a very apt operating system for developers community. Process happen smoothly over here with absolutely no issues.

The UI/UX can still be improved for this operating system.

I have Ubuntu operating system in my personal laptop. Benefits are it's booting speed and parallel processing.

Ubuntu is easy to install, very easy to use with an Elegant, cohesive user interface. If you are looking for any Linux-based OS, you must try Ubuntu. Ubuntu is the best OS for Developers. Ubuntu is very lightweight, you can run it on any hardware easily and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely there is nothing that I don't like about Ubuntu, Window-based software are not compatible with Ubuntu, but that's really very okay for me because this OS is perfect match .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Ubuntu is the best, This OS is powerful. I can run it on any machine, even I am using Ubuntu on AWS cloud for hosting our websites. Installing and using python on Ubuntu is just an amazing experience. It's free, open-source and extremely secure OS.

If are a Developer (AI, IoT, ML, Python ) you must try Ubuntu.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ubuntu Server software is very flexible to use and the UI Design is very friendly.

If we want to install or update some patches of Ubuntu software the support vedios that are present is very old and Commands are also not properly available in the Internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu has all the Required packages that are necessary for running commands on SQL, python and some other databases. We migrated from windows server to Ubuntu server because windows was not supporting few Databases but Ubuntu server will support almost everything.

Very lightweight OS, it is free source. Does not have too many unnecessary programs, good for RAM.

Few things are not optimized, sometimes drains the laptop battery faster.

The person who doesn't even know how to code can operate this operating system easily as it provides a graphical user interface to the users. It's an open-source operating system but still provides users an wonderful security system.

There is nothing to mention that I don't like about this operating system but I still want them to work on the performance as I sometimes face issues regarding lags or delays in loading an application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using the Ubuntu desktop for the MySQL projects. Additionally, in my workplace, I am using WPS software and Google Chrome Browser to view and send emails regularly.
