Flexible and easy to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
The integration process is smooth, and the tool offers variaty of methods by which you can enable or disable some logic that can be simple or very complicated sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has room for improvement, those who haven't used such tool before yet understand its concept, find it a bit difficult to navigate through sometimes. Hints and small help popups might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Releasing new features safly to production and restricting access to it to a subset of users before having the confidence to go full live.
review from a full stack architect
What do you like best about the product?
It works great. Never had any downtime noticed, which is exceptional. You can also tie it to users. It also works on backend and frontend
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be cheaper. The number of projects in the basic plan is limited to 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
releasing features without fear in continuous delivery
Great tool for data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create funnels, visualize them in various formats and look at different cuts of data. Highly helpful, and responsive team to help us!
What do you dislike about the product?

A super intuitive and useful tool for understanding users
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, intuitive and easy-to-use. Great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain flows are hard to figure out and need some setup effort from the internal data teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware gives quick and sharp insights on ongoing A/B tests, funnels for different types of users, feature usage and more.
Exactly as advertised
What do you like best about the product?
You get your features in to prod behind a reliable system that makes it easy to show and hide them from all the right users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one painful thing is the clean up. They do what they can to help, but if you aren't careful and you are moving fast you end up with a lot of baggage in your code. Features you don't need flagged anymore are still only shown to users because Launch Darkly says it ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easy to put features in prod for a limited user base and prove they work well before releasing them to a larger audience.
LaunchDarkly Invented Feature Management as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarkly provides the BEST available SaaS product for Feature Management, with continued efforts in releasing new features and capabilities to customers regularly. While providing a great product, they also provide first-class expertise in guiding and consulting on effective feature management within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
LaunchDarkly can be confusing at times with the number of options to configure a target. The product could be streamlined to allow for more effective organization of features and introduce simpler targeting concepts for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly solves our continuous delivery of features by enabling progress delivery through decoupled deployments and releases in a completely off-the-shelf SaaS offering with no other dependencies or needed infrastructure.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The feature for LaunchDarkly is great. Simply using boolean flags is a great start but LaunchDarkly has pushed out new features that would help with deployment automation and feasibility for A/B testing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is pretty significant that some organization may be deterred from selecting LaunchDarkly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can continuously deploy and selecting when to turn features on.
Robust and reliable tool with engineering focused solutions
What do you like best about the product?
High level of configure-ability within the parameters of an experiment or feature flag. Separated concerns with environments and ability to link to metrics for rollback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approvers are not being segmented by areas of ownership & change sets not displaying the entire final state of the configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large-scale deployments in a safe manner. Ability to give control to product owners to roll their own features without creating/deploying code-level configurations.
Easy way to manage feature flags
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of well built SDKs and a decent UI makes it easy to work with feature flags that are accessible on all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a couple improvements in places but it's mostly fine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful for AB testing as well as general feature flags.
Launch Darkly allows us to build features quickly instead of a flagging system
What do you like best about the product?
Back in the day, you'd store flags in environment variables, database tables or hard code them. Adding any advanced features invariably led to spaghetti. Integrating with Launch Darkly for feature flagging allows us to concentrate on the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding users from the company to manage flags usually involves a bit of training to understand the different ways to enable or disable a flag. Obviously with any system that can enable complexity in selection will add complexity in the UX, but there are improvements to allow a new user to manage the system quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slowly rolling out new, big features without having to build the flagging system saves us a ton of time, giving us the ability to work on the features. It also allows our ops teams to choose when to roll out or revert features on their schedule without a code deploy.
