Great CRM for a Sales Person
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. Contacts Update, Deals status, and other feature is so handy and useful. Freshmarketer is also integrated into the freshsales now so I can create customer journey which fully automates my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One this is frustration whenever I'm doing any work it automatically asks for a refresh a new update is came. It's so annoying sometimes that I lose my concentration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is user-friendly and it saves a lot of time for my sales person to use it. Also, we can track the call log of all the sales person and they can make the notes for the same.
CRM is no longer hard to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales was the most accessible CRM I've ever worked with to set up. It is astounding how simple it is to use and operate. Also quite effective are marketing journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things, but their development requires time. They provide excellent service, but it takes a long time for things to change, which is understandable given that they are a large organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can examine the client's life cycle in greater depth than was possible with Excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sincerely, I wouldn't even consider using any other program. Support is unlike anything I've seen before, which is one of the most pleasing aspects of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
freshsale is one of the good CRM you can use in your organization and it has feature like automation and sales funnel to do marketing activity very actively. I loved it and you can go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good apart from some addon plugins and needs to add more features in automation marketing like automation call solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using these tools to manage users, do automation marketing, and remind employees about all the upcoming and pending tasks to do. We are able to see and track all the sales leads staus at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform based on sales automation and to manage potential clients, it allows us to know the interaction of the clients, their marketing knowledge and to know the value that it can have for the commercial processes and this helps us to know everything about the clients, potential customers and helps to find new customers, apart from offering features to establñish a better use, it contains a well-structured calendar, personalized chats, sales arguments and updates with an administrator for the campaigns, it also has a very affordable cost with a time of proper use which means that you can use the system for you needs more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its technical support is a bit outdated since it responds very slowly and when it responds it does not give exact answers and on certain occasions, it does not solve the problem or the doubt generated, which is why they should develop it better to be able to use it as it should, in addition to its application mobile is very slow to pone and is very pòorly informed because it contains almost no information about the service, which attracts inconvenience for not being able to use the mobile application properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this application so that our work teams can research, search, compare or find suitable sales opportunities, and offers, predict revenue with sales forecast, organize customer information and establish better solutions for our marketing campaigns, this allows us to it allows us to have better relationships with our work teams, increase financial proposal, obtains better benefits and establish better campaigns for our potential clients.

It is a very good service to use as a management tool for your work teams because it helps you offer them an easy, simple and safe use, it offers them functions where they can work without any problem and you can offer them benefits, and this helps increase your business relationships ad offer better alternatives to your potential customers, it also has a very affordable cost it is a very friendly service and it adapts very well to any commercial requirement you may need.

Slow loading, limited sequence personalisation limited search options, not supported by many of the other sales tools

Maybe the downside about using fresh sales the log it's wasting of time waiting for the product or item that I'm looking and sometimes the product is not available

The capability to manage leads, deals, pipelines from a variety of sources is amazing. It can be integrated with almost every platform and the ease of use takes all the credits.
