What do you like best about the product?
They have separate industry specifics set-ups, which helps me to feed and set up the data rightly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to Dislike. Their support team is always available, either on chat, mail, or call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can deeply analyze the customer life cycle, which was impossible in Excel.

The options that it provides to filter and Saves for the next time. Default selection criteria

The filters are confusing a bit in the beginning

24/7 support that is quick in their response, the UI is very easy to use with the search, create, filter etc option. Integrated with marketing, support, accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in terms of emails, No. of contacts in marketing journey, and the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to segment data and trace when needed. Good view of email campaigns and their performance. Never miss an appointment or a follow-up or communication history.

What do you like best about the product?
The aspects that we appreciate the most from Freshsales are the consistency & effectiveness of the Customer Service Teams in regards to Onboarding, Followthrough and Further Training and Education as requested & or needed.
The Resources are available On-Demand and with Product Experts Guidance accessible once called upon. God's willing, we are often only a call, email or chat away with the response time being quite efficient and engaged to walk you through the Steps and Processes with recommendations to take you from Amateur to Enthusiast to Pro.
There are ample resources to Learn, Grow and Collaborate.
Also, for those that enjoy Attractive, Uplifting Dashboard Colors with Seamless Clean Design; the Freshsales UI/UX is well Organized & Optimized for a User Friendly Navigation experience across devices and platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have anything negative to report or claim in reference to Freshsales. There are great opportunities to Integrate multiple internal & external products + solutions into your workflow. One of the only limitations will be your imagination and possibly time to maximize the resources + integrations with Best in Class add-on Marketplaces available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Freshsales as a CRM & Analytics tool for one of our Emerging Divisional Units. We are a fan of the Freshworks Suite of Solutions as a whole and we appreciate the 'A la Carte' modular nature of selecting their apps individually & collectively as companies or teams desire more and Grow on a Scaling basis.
Building Synergy synchronistically between Freshworks based apps and external integrations to ensure seamless harmony and to best capture data + insights for value creation & collaboration is much appreciated.

Engaging CRM with many functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has so many functionalities for marketers, salespeople. Also, they are easy to connect team, always-on support to solve my query. Also easy to integrate the form with website as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things are there but they take some time for any development. They have good service but they so much time for any development which is understandable because they are big company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only thing is they taking so much for any development.

Clear data model with flexibility for additional fields & attributes, providing large room for admin users to customize without engineering knowledge.
Powerful master records upload fintionalities and almost real-time/conversational support by the vendor help desk, also open to feature requests, minimizes start-up efforts as well as changes afterwards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Japanese language support such as field label translations or search function, needs to be improved. If you plan to use with Japanese language or probably Chinese language, check the development on the language support status especially on 'search'.

Centralized customer data management is our first priority for analysis and proper action taking to them.
This is done and it is going further covering lead management end to end as well as sales activitiy tracking/review in productive manner.
Also with relevant ERP line items loaded, customers order frequency is being monitored to take actions.

Easy and fast delpoyment CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales Suite is an easy and fast deployment tool, that can easily take care of all basic requirements for most kinds of business, with a basic and intuitive interface that is quick to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain configurations and processes that can be very repetitive and manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead data acquiring, deal manipulation, and sales funneling are quite a simple processes to define in this CRM

Have fully defined your business model, so the process of funneling your model into the system is even easier.
An affordable and flexible Cloud-based CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales is affordable (starting with a FREE tier is really an excellent starting point) and as low as $15 per user and month for exciting features such as AI-based predictive contact scoring, essential for first calls and inbound leads. Besides, it's pretty user-friendly and easy to configure and integrate with many third-party solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most SaaS (Cloud-based) solutions, the use of data mining and warehousing on FreshSales information can be challenging. However, this also can be accomplished with integrations with BI solutions such as MS PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our most critical customers are registered there. We integrate it with our Freshdesk request system, our Freshservice ITSM system (internal support), and Freshchat for customer interaction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it does not have the most functionality of any product but the functionality is meaningful that it does have and I am optimistic that this product will be twice as good in a few years. Worthwhile investment in my opinino.
