What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning we quickly adapt to its functionality as its interface is intuitive, it contributes to keep work fluid and organized. The free version is as complete as you pay, depending on how you use it, one or the other.
The tools that they offer us are wide and although they can be complicated, the support is always attentive to offer us the greatest and wide attention to help the use.

Its cost could be a problem compared to other platforms, the free version is basic, it does not have as many tools, they practically force you to pay to get better features.

I provide multiple tools for optimal and effective work when making our sales, the paid version is so complete that we do not need another application. Their organized documentation allows us to do a cleaner job.

It is easy to convert a lead to a contact. Looking at pipelines is intuitive and you can easily edit each Deal right from the Pipeline screen

Needed an easy way to track our pipeline. It is easy to create multiple pipelines and steps within these to move the opportunities along
Very versatile CRM with email marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Freshsales is all the utility that it offers us accompanied by a quite pleasant and simple interface so that the user can learn to use it in the shortest possible time, it is very easy to program the emails that we want in order to keep the customer constantly informed to our product and thus retain them so that they become recurring client, there are few tools that allow us to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that it is an excellent software, however it is very poorly optimized for mobile devices, since it is often used the desktop version. Android app freezes a lot, this undoubtedly ruins a good experience that can get to have the user on the platform, and prevent them from taking advantage of all the benefits that this platform can give us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Freshsales I have managed to retain many more customers and in an easier and faster way, thanks to all the tools that it offers us, it is very easy to reach much more customers than usual thanks to the email marketing tools that Freshsales offers us. with which we can make the information reach our customers automatically and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation for all people who use this software is that they have good advertising strategies, although the program gives us many useful tools for our email marketing to be efficient, this must be complemented by a good strategy and emails with key information so that we can grab the attention of customers and just not be one more email to our spam tray.

By using the freshsales CRM we can connect we can personalize the information of each contact much better, and we do not depend so much on external databases. The most favorable point that freshsales has is to be able to automate notifications so that when clients fulfill a task within the page, it provides us with their contact information and information about the traffic within the page. The important thing about this is that freshsales is not really a client tracking software, but some of its functions, like the one mentioned above, can be easily adapted to that scenario.

It is a bit difficult to calculate the scoring levels for potential customers, because it is so much based on subjectivity and we cannot create an established pattern on the benefits of these.

A temporary monitoring can be applied to each activity that starts within the freshsales platform, and we can manage our own calendar. In any case, creating sales models with different processes does not take long, so it can be said that in general freshsales has diversified functions for the different situations that any E-commerce may face.

If what you are looking for is creating a brand from scratch, and the good development of this, freshsales has many features to offer. There are some small functions that make it easier with regards to contact base tracking, and with its export processes, so it's good for managing customer information in general.

This tool is great for every marketing specialist to use, as it allows you to get full information about the company's potential customers, the software is very easy to use, which is a great thing to allow people to get the most out of it. Its analysis function works very slowly when processing large amounts of data and often this causes great loss of time for users who use the software, I would like to see improvements in the future to avoid having problems with this function. The software has great potential as it helps reduce the workload of your company's sales agents and is one of the great advantages it has while raising the productivity of your business and closing a much larger deal. The sales agent has a very complete view of the entire flow of information that the application handles, and along with features such as drag and drop can perform tasks more dynamically and easily such as assigning scheduled tasks to specific contacts.

At the moment you want to analyze all the data you've collected this can become overwhelming as it can grow rapidly so it's very important that the team that works freshsales knows exactly what you are looking for and what the points of interest are both for them as for the potential customer and thus have a clear idea of what and how to interpret the data they have. It can be seen when using the mobile application that it falls very short in functions so it does not make it very useful to use and take advantage of it from a mobile device

Its great integration capacity was one of the main advantages that helped us with great help for our sales team, specifically integrating freshdesk to its functions allowed us to manage the relationships between customers seamlessly as well as increase sales possibilities by improving our understanding of the market and mainly our customers. This CRM is easy to set up. It seems to work right out of the box without a ton of work in setting up. This makes bringing on the team to it a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is confusing with all the different charges. You get charged per user per month, then per user per month for other integrations, and per phone number, as well as minutes, etc. Very confusing and hard to tell true cost.
