What do you like best about the product?
I use Freshsales to manage leads and improve sales productivity. I like how easy Freshsales is to learn and use, even for beginners, while still offering powerful CRM features like lead scoring, automation, and pipeline tracking. It's easy to get started without much training, which helps me work efficiently from day one. I also appreciate its integration with email and calendar tools, which keeps all customer interactions and meetings organized in one place. Setting up Freshsales was straightforward and the user-friendly design made the onboarding process simple, making it accessible even for first-time CRM users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain reports and customizations could be more flexible, and the system can feel slightly slow when handling large amounts of data. Report flexibility could be improved by allowing more customization options, such as adding calculated fields, easier filtering, and more control over report layouts. When working with large volumes of data, performance could be enhanced by faster loading times and smoother navigation, especially in reports and dashboards.

Freshsales automates lead management, reminders, and follow-ups, solving manual tracking issues. It saves time and enhances sales productivity.

What is our primary use case?
Freshsales is our CRM tool and CRM platform. Whenever we want to sell a product to a customer or when they inquire on any promotion site, we get the customer details over Freshsales, and based on that, we call the customer. There is an option to call the customer and check with their needs and proceed further.
Freshsales is being used across a certain list of categories, including healthcare, real estate, and auto sales. Whenever a customer has visited a particular promotion site and provided their details, the details get captured in Freshsales CRM dashboard. Then a support person or salesperson will get in touch with the particular contact person, inquire about their requirements, and proceed accordingly. There is also an automation feature that runs every time whenever a particular criteria is met.
How has it helped my organization?
Freshsales has impacted us positively. It has saved time, increased sales, and improved customer relationships. Comparatively, with the existing method that our organization was using, upon Freshsales implementation, we have seen a five to ten percent increase in time and sales.
What is most valuable?
The automation runs whenever a certain trigger point is met. For example, if the person details captured indicate they are interested in proceeding further, then when we update the particular field, it automatically goes to the next person at a higher level, and then the status gets changed.
There are many features including recently enabled AI that gives a brief description to the contact person about what that particular promotion is about. There are also features like auto email getting triggered and marketing emails. All of those features are part of Freshsales.
What needs improvement?
The product is up to the mark and everything we need right now.

Freshsales is highly scalable.

We were using a custom developed solution which does not scale up, so that's the reason why we switched to Freshsales.

We have seen a return on investment as well as money saved and time saved. Fewer employees are required based on the automation that we created.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The setup cost is very good and within the budget.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
There are other products that we compared before going to Freshsales. Compared to those, I find Freshsales is more intuitive to the user as well as offering more features to the customer. Before choosing Freshsales, we also considered Salesforce Sales, which is higher in cost, so we ignored that and chose Freshsales.
What other advice do I have?
Freshsales is a must-go product if you are considering a low budget and highly scalable product. I would rate this review as a nine.

I like Freshsales' easy interface, automation features, and lead management system the most because it helps speed up the sales process. Its easy interface is very helpful for my team because even new users can quickly use it without training. Automation features like follow-up reminders and task assignment have reduced manual work and no lead is missed. The lead management system clearly shows the sales pipeline, making it easy to understand priorities and make quick decisions. Due to these features, the overall sales process has become more organized, efficient, and time-saving. The initial setup of Freshsales was smooth and simple, thanks to step-by-step guidance and a clear interface, allowing user setup, lead import, and basic automation to be quickly configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales overall is quite a good product, but sometimes the advanced automation and reporting features seem a bit complex, especially for new users. If there were simpler tutorials or guided setups for these features, onboarding could be even easier. The mobile app performance could also be improved a bit more.

Organized, Customizable CRM with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshsales because it's easy to use and organize, and I can customize it to the way I like to work. The ability to make my own filters is valuable, allowing me to see leads that have not been contacted in a while, fresh leads, and those that were potentially closed on the resolution side of my business that need to be addressed. There's a lot of value in how intuitive some of the setup is. I also know it integrates well with other tools. The initial setup was super easy and refreshing, especially as I've used other CRMs before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm taking notes in Freshsales, it bounces me to the bottom or the top when I freshly enter into the notations.

It helps me organize my pipeline, ensuring all case files and leads are properly managed.
freshWORKS | Freshsales Suite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsworks as a whole has always been welcoming and supportive of our business ventures, willing to assist in our very technical flows. Eager to solve core problems we might experience, they have been nothing but a delight. Even with a vast number of companies they still provide personalized support. The implementation of their CRM and ITSM tools was easy and feature rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of freshworks is not always 100% a downside, its usually a business preference, where we are South African based but Subscriptions are USD based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Core business problems solved by the freshworks product suites ranges from accurate lead conversion tracking to round robin based lead assignment, we have managed to run our contracts for subscriptions through freshsales to track user status' as well as what products they have signed up for.
A great CRM option for SMEs
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is responsive and the features are sufficient for small to medium-sized operation. Integration with other apps also appreciated, however, they could add more in their marketplace.

Moving features that were previously available in a lower-tier subscription to a higher-tier subscription.

UI and simplicity. I love that it is so simple and easy to use Freshsales. It is also easily integrated with other tools.

It doesnt have a strong CPQ module and they could make that better.

Freshsales for a call management
What do you like best about the product?
We use freshsales mainly as a call management program, as our company does not use the lead-> sale type model. It has worked very well for us, and the customer service is top notch, replying to our inquiries very quickly and effectively. It is also a good way to send emails and have all agents with visibility and the ability to step in if needed.
It is easy to use, and intuitive.
We use it daily, at all times of year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing left desired is the ability to quickly manage leads (especially removing undesired lead or figuring out which need to be combined)
Some sort of CRM management features at our pay level is what would would like.

Freshsales is used extensively for inbound calling and tracking of CRM in our business. It's email tracking with multiple agents having visibility AND integrating with our business emails is top notch.
