Simple and Elegant solution to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, nice UI and mobile friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always looked out for a proper sorting and filtering options in Mobile app which is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I m now managing my accounts, leads and contacts properly. I can easily understand my pipeline and this have resulted in increased performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Freshsales to all the Sales departments of different organizations to streamline their Sales process.

The system can sometimes be a bit laggy.

Acquiring leads, it has made it very easy for us to track the progress of acquisition.

The support is great and it's a breeze to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the flexibility of finding any field of a lead or contact, schedule emailing, different products at one place, which saves lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email templates should not replace current subject line or content in the email chain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above I like freshsales all solutions at one place like led handling through Fresh sales and contacting them through fresh caller and live chat with clients through freshchat.
Cheap and affordable CRM with all the bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete package. I can do email sequence and every other thing any CRM could possibly do. Also, it has great linkages with other Freshworks software, which truly makes it a great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would ideally like the support to improve a bit more. Faster responses would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of managing all my leads, managing deals. Also, using it for email outreach and so forth.

Just ensure you set it up properly and make full use of the software.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly UI. Its very easy tp update the data. This motivates my sales team to actually work on the crm and keep it updated. Reports and Analytics is great. Also the integration with Freshcaller and Freshdesk works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
API integration is not great. I cant update a contact with a single API request. I need to have the Freshsales ID to update the contact which I can not maintain at my side. This is the most basic feature available in almost every CRM.

Team Sales review, Performance management, Deal tracking, Email sync and sales status tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshmarketer's in-depth marketing journeys and CRO capabilities. I use Freshmarketer to send out mass email campaigns as well. Freshmarketer's support is very responsive and resolves any queries faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product stability has to be improved. There are still a lot of must-have features for marketers that are not available in Freshmarketer. I know it's in the pipeline, but since those are must-have features, it would be great if you could ship them faster. Otherwise, everything else is just great.

- The whole Prospect-Customer-Account setup is a bit complicated to get used to at the beggining, however the Onboarding and materials provided are detailed and helpful

Very useful platform
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Freshsales for somewhat more than a year and experience has been nothing but great. Its very efficient in terms of lead management and has recently become useful in maintaining our clients too (from payments, membership statuses, contact information and so on) making it easier for our employees to keep track of active and potential clients on one platform.

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment
