Keeping things straight
What do you like best about the product?
You always have reference as to history, contacts, tasks, emails, to dos all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it did require some getting used to as does anything new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you are working in tandem or absorb a customer the history is all there.
Easy to use CRM platform at the right price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and provides quick ways to see communication with leads and existing customers. It's very simple for us to enter a lead and convert to a customer. Also like the integration with other third party products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to use workflows and better integration with O365. Pipeline view gets a little difficult to use when there are a large number of deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowed us to discontinue Dynamics CRM in house and move to the cloud for lead and contact management.
Lot of capabilities at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales accommodates a lot of tasks on a single screen. It gives you a deep idea about the customer and helps us take actions faster. The workflows help us automate our tasks and help save a lot of our time. Our sales staff has been more productive since we have switched to Freshsales. The interface is also very simple to understand. I highly recommend Freshsales CRM to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a real estate firm and we use lot of different social sites for Lead Generation. Especially Facebook, but Freshsales still doesn't have a direct integration with Facebook Leads. We have to subscribe to third party providers like Zapier for sync Facebook Leads on real-time basis. That's the only thing I dislike about Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using freshsales CRM to digitalize our sales and marketing efforts. It helps us to coordinate with the team easily and keep everyone updated about the leads and contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great CRM and easy to use at an affordable price.

Freshsales is very intuitive and user-friendly. It's really easy to use it and gives me the capability to have everything on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website takes a little to load the page and it contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a centralized why to co-relationate all the data about Clients, Leads, Deals and Accounts. Also, I'm able to do a full tracking on the meetings, emails and calls exchanged. Also, all this data is used to produce charts in order to understand all my activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to have all the sales information stored. Very user-friendly and intuitive. It is able to produce charts in order to understand the evolution of the work.
All the agenda and it notifications, attendees and notes are placed there. There is a full tracking of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we implemented Freshmarketer we were able to track the interactions of our clients and take actions into improving both our UX and UI. It is really easy to use but don´t let the simplicity foll you, Freshmarketer has enough functions and capabilities to take your gwoth and marketing department to the next level.

Don't really like the new design, the older one was cleaner

Very user-friendly platform, widely customizable and varied in available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases i get some bugs or errors when i want to upload some type of information of great magnitude on the web, but nothing serious.

Automate many procedures that were previously done by hand!

Excellent alternative for companies that need robust software, that can full fulfill the function of a CRM application that keeps all your processes running 24/7!

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, easy to learn. I really like having all my leads/contacts in one place, with all their information included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync issues with email. Often a lead/contact shows no conversation history, despite there being multiple emails that should be synced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I returned to a sales position after a few years out of the business. I had never used a CRM before. Freshsales was easy to learn and has a lot of great functions. The benefits I have realized are greater organization, streamlined information, and a great way to track leads/contacts (no more pencil & paper!).

Get it! It is worth your time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can see the communication across different channels. If we have a contact that comes in through the chat, or sends an email to support team, they will see if there are other conversations that happened on different channels - like with the sales team for example. The fact that this is not a required feature of every sales/support software today is purely due to the difficulty in designing something that needs such variation in user experience and also requires clear organization of a large amount of data. They do a wonderful job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox and email templates in freshsales could be improved. They are not as organized as the rest of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send thousands of emails as part of recruiting vendors to work with us, and we also have hundreds of thousands of customers contacting us. Freshsales keeps it all organized and allows us to do everything we need - from bulk emails, to creating individual support tickets (using freshdesk connection), to easily segmenting the different contacts - there are a lot of benefits.

Simplicity is the name of the game.
All works simple and with common sense upload, capture, lookup, But maybe the best is find engine, I have access from any place at any time everything is updated and ready to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
you can't handle products and quotations or inventory or price list it will very helpful for sales people to have access fast to price list or fulfill a quotation right on the CRM, handle an inventory would be great either so we can set up sales orders rigth from CRM with out moving out then CRM becomes daily life for sales force.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Delegating tasks to the team, Monitoring and tracking team activity & performance, Accuracy and increase of sales forecast and Identifying neglected contacts in the database
What do you dislike about the product?
When deals are loaded onto the system and we add an expected close date. When we exceed the due date the deal automatically goes rotten. Is there not a way we can remove the rotten status as some deals do generally take longer than the expected close date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team tracking and performances at this stage as well as sales forecast. Also nice way to monitor reps pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend Freshsales. Easy to use, track and delagate new leads generated by a lead generator. Superb sales Forecasting feature and monitoring capabilities.
