Quick implementation | Easy to use | Great support desk

What do you like best about the product?
1. Quick implementation
2. Great online support desk during implementation and day-to-day use
3. Easy interface, almost no training needed
4. Perfect collaboration between online website and smartphone app (!)
5. Automatic workhlows e.g. mailing sales reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to make a report on the weighted sales forecast, spread over the next 12 months, in order to get a better insight about the probability of the revenue goals. I wasn't able to create this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good and actual insights in target groups, revenue forecast for both online sales and off-line sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The program has a very well-developed interface. You have many functions, but they are not located on one screen. Therefore, I was able to quickly customize the application to my needs. The price is quite affordable, even for Ukraine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why did your sales office from Russia contact me? Have you decided that it is a good idea to send the Ukrainian client to a Russian office? Do you send clients from Palestine to the Israeli office? Or maybe customers from Croatia are discussing an office in Serbia (the former Yugoslavia).
I was very upset when they called me from Russia. My friend was killed in the war with the Russian separatists in the Donbas. And now I need to communicate with an office in Russia? Or maybe you think that Ukraine is part of Russia? Your service policy needs to be changed. Russia is under sanctions. How do you work with them?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my clients are now in one database. I send out price lists very quickly and don’t forget anyone. The program allows me to automate my calendar and appointments. I think I will be a more successful seller using Freshsales

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simply navigation, without numerous unnecessary and rarely used features. It allows our company to track leads, with flexibility to create fields to track as we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is lacking. Not the most intuitive, but the biggest is is there isn't an easy way to fully automate exporting data into external reporting dashboards without building a solution through the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps u keep track of number of leads being generated, and how they progress through the sales funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply to use and integrate with other systems, as long as you don't have complex reporting requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick support which is always striving for helpful answers and the customer's satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development of the Software could be faster especially when it comes through inputs from the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool makes it able to have almost everything together when it comes to information and tools that are needed in sales which makes it (nearly) an overall sales-solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool as CRM/Sales Tool but good English skills are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to learn how to use it
Multiple functionalities: calls, mails,
Possibility to link contacts with other contacts or institutions or whatever. It's very convenient to link people.
A lot of possibilities to create reports
Easy to connect with other CRM and transfer data ...
I also liked the Pipeline which is very easy to use: easy to change state, to put alarm or important tasks: easy to prioritize
Possibility to register your phonecall to be able to remember in the future what you were talking about or what you discussed. It is very helpful to redact the note after every call.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that much I didn't like. Maybe the fact that connexion with Gmail wasn't working that well two years ago when I was using it.
it could be nice to have other possibilities such as create and send a newsletter from the CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in my daily working day.
Don't forget a task or to recall someone or to send an email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy-to-use CRM that gathers different functionalities such as CRM, email tracking, outbound call tracking...
Prices aren't that expensive for a small or medium-sized company. If you don't have the budget, you can use it with free access which is already very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is really good and I like tracking all my leads. It cover the majority of the things I do day to day at work and keeps me right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Telephone setting is not great but that could be my internet not freshsales also if you have a Deal and a contact set up for a customer they do not both store the same things. I would like to see the information cross between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What correspondence team members have had with customers. Keeps track of what conversations you have had with customers

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it links with freshdesk and notifies me is the prospect has opened or clicked on my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of converting a lead has a lot of repetitive tasks. Sometimes a lead that is loaded cannot be converted and I end up duplicating the lead.

Furthermore, if a lead replies with an additional email i.e they copy a different email address on their replyThere will be a lead created with only an email address as the only details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better engagement with customers and increased sales closing ratio.

What do you like best about the product?
All the options and features are awesome. The ease of use saves us time.The difference between company and contact, even the option of connecting the different contacts to difference clients is really helpfull.
We would like to see a client/project ranging in importance! Running and potential projects and leads.
Or a split view from the projects with the clients, full list
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike, we would like to see some new features though! We would like to see some features that relate to organising or viewing client and projects within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales engagment, leads follow up, overview of projects, keeping track of my contacts, notes / highlights

Freshsales Makes Data Management Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Easy reporting and data management works seamlessly throughout our sales and marketing department. Integration with Marketo allows us to link data between the two applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports based on data filters can sometimes take a while to create, speed could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads and sales progress through deal stages and reporting for unique customers.
