The Metrics Help So Much

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic emails with information regarding performance
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it isn't the main focus of the freshworks suite, so I'm a new user and it just was thrown in as a bundle, but it has a ton of potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't know what our funnel conversion and drop off % were - and this absolutely solves that issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is my first experience with this type of software, so I don't have anything specific to compare it with. I just know that trying to use Google Analytics alone for measuring conversions is a nightmare and it was much easier using FM.

Easy and robust at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how easy it was to configure it, the different tools it offers us for analysis, A / B tests, funnel and many others, it shows us everything in a main page, which makes it manageable to handle it. Freshmarketer is a robust tool ideal for marketers and marketing teams, in our organization we are very familiar with their way of working so efficiency and dynamism are growing all the stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seemed high to us; but in fact it was worth the investment, Freshmarketer fulfilled and fulfilled our expectations, the work flow is kept clean in the same place, possibly it should have deeper functions and it is not of great inconvenience for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The point of time is what has solved us the most, its tools are designed for digital advertisers, and that's great very useful, it has several alternatives and adapts to each need is a powerful tool for testing, without complications or mistakes as long as you manage to manage it completely, this is a tool that has made our company grow potentially.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is based on the cloud and the web can do an excellent job at any time, we love the way it is configured in the connection of the tests and other applications, it has a free version but it is very basic, no clutter its cost is high for the small business; but it's worth it for its characteristics.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools of Freshsales to track sales are quite complete. These tools give you a lot of important information to analyze the process of selling a product from the beginning to the end. Being able to review all the details in an integral way helps you to access more data and improve the sales process to see what is most wrong and what is best working.

You can make contacts through mail, calls and also identify potential customers who may be interested in your products. The calls are a good way to establish contact with potential customers, since it is a more direct way to know their interests and to be able to better inform them about all the characteristics of the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is somewhat simple, it lacks some functionalities and the menu has difficult options to access. Many times when you are looking for a specific tool or configuration you must get into several different menus until you find one of them in one of them. They should better organize all the menus so that everything is more visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales are now more effective. With freshsales we have been able to improve the sales system and we have managed to see what mistakes we made in some parts of the process. Analyze the information of the entire sales process has served to adapt and make changes quickly.

We communicate more directly with our customers through Freshsales. We mainly use telephone calls, since it seems like a good way for the client to know our products better and we know what they want.

Freshmarketer is a great option for digital marketing

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that we have liked about this software for heatmap. Firstly, its deployment in the cloud (very stable) and its orientation for sales management. Freshmarketer offers the user a test management tool, with which it is excellent to conduct market studies. It also allows the possibility of creating, organizing and segmenting marketing campaigns for email.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we did not like about this platform is its price. Freshmarketer costs an investment of $ 99 per month, which seems excessive that there are other software heatmap cheaper and with the same specifications. The visual editor of freshmarketer is slow and not very customizable (a problem for marketing automation) and its radial mapping management tool takes a long time to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to our use of the freshmarketer platform our sales management has become much faster. Our handling of landing pages has become more varied, and now we are allowed to perform statistical relevance analysis of each marketing campaign. It has also facilitated the creation of thermal maps and the mapping of behavior in these.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshmarketer is a highly recommended service if you take into account the limited availability of software on the market for the use of map terms for A / B tests. Its use is highly recommended to segment evidence either by public or by zones.

What do you like best about the product?
Its multiple functions and applications and it is of great help to me and my team, the excellent A / B testing tool and the sales funnel even more.

We save a lot of time which is an advantage to my company, the Chrome extension is great I can not complain because creating and managing campaigns directly from the browser is another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshmarketer is expensive, the free plan is very basic is not what I need, as marketers, we like to save money.

We are aware that these tools must be expensive because of their quality, however, it does not hurt anybody to save money, otherwise it is very useful for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a powerful tool, we have done very well with A / B tests, split URL tests, and funnels.

The company has better understood the behavior of users, and has many features to experience, great documentation and its interface is nice.

For its ease of use and great functions Freshmarketer is recommended by my company, its technical support is considered.

What do you like best about the product?
We identified a progress through this software, Freshsales has been an essential strengthening for this company, through it we monitor our sales, we also identify potential customers to run our corporate businesses, it is new and practical because we can send emails, make calls, phone conversations, very timely, their traces are effective, it is agile to perform any operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantages would be the interface, it is very simple, they should improve it a bit more, when it is opened by means of Android mobile devices it is very slow and sometimes it does not open, they should make a light application to be more practical when driving by mobile.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
We liked freshsales the system of tasks (tasks) with which it is extremely easy to organize the work in phases, or cycles to complete. We really like that freshsales allows the user to integrate emails to the integrated CRM tool that it brings. In addition, a great plus is that it allows you to make phone calls (it has an extensive multi-channel communication system).
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like that it is so limiting when it comes to the accessibility permits of each collaborator that we add to the tasks. We do not like their ability to integrate into social networking platforms, nor their ability to integrate accounts. Another problem is that it does not offer a Dashboard in which the use of kanban boards can be implemented. This would make it easier to work.

The freshsales platform has given us many advantages regarding our possibilities to communicate with customers. Now our relations with customers are better distributed.
