Amazing data analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is amazing with this platform. It is really easy to use every feature but one important thing is if you don't know how to use it, they have amazing knowledge-based articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an error occurs on the SQL side, I see the error but I'd like to see more clarification about it. Sometimes one sentence is not enough to understand what's wrong in the SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to see what's hidden behind the data. You know, not all data can be seen in an excel sheet. Because it updates data whenever we need it, once we create the dashboard, it's all we need.

So easy to use and manage. Is a breeze to update and gathers all the data needed to make financial decisions. Never fails and makes dashboard AMAZING!

I like everything about Domo. They work well with every system we integrate.

Solves dashboarding across subsidiaries, departments and gives the relevant data to Executives' fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is one of the most robust and efficient business intelligence applications available today. Domo allows us to have very well-designed dashboards to display data from various sources quite quickly and easily. When it comes to analytical capabilities, it is also a powerful tool that also has a good report generator. In terms of support, it meets our expectations because of its layout, although with how intuitive it is we have not had to require it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that could be improved are the graphical tools, otherwise, it is excellent and works efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has simply amazing analytical capabilities that have allowed us to take better advantage of all the organization's data to make decisions, especially in terms of commercial and financial. The dashboards are comfortable and intuitive, which makes everything simpler and makes working with data, analysis, reporting and more hassle-free.

DOMO is so strategic by all means - it is easy to use and pull up previous work outputs and monitor your team's performance. It has accurate inputs

None so far. But what i noticed when using Domo is that you need s strong internet connection to fully load its system

Super powerful and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is very intuitive and easy to use. It combines the functionality of spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts and so much more into customizable dashboards.

The initial learning curve was a little overwhelming.

I have been utilizing Domo to save time daily by automating data reporting.

When you use Domo you get all the flexibility you can have to connect, extract, modify and load your information in one place. With very useful cards and visualizations.

Some marketing connectors are not so easy to use so you have to apply some tricks to get the best of them. This is something you get with practice and experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our main tool to meet all dashboard of needs from our customers in a digital marketing agency. There are some content, performance or tracking campaigns objectives that we can accomplish with Domo.

Invest enough time in training and verifying what would be your needs so you can take the best advantage of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards on the front page. Anything that you want to see data for, you can just update the inputs and receive pie charts on this. I also love that you can set up automatic emails to update you every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of permission settings so if you are not the main user and need certain information it can be frustrating getting the right permissions to view the data you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving tracking problems so that we can allocate the right money to the right team that produced the sales. It is helpful that you can customize this for that purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has amazing visualization tools, I can view my numbers (and drill down) from my phone, and the team at Domo can connect any of our data sets to our dashboard. And as soon as it's updated in our system, it's updated in Domo. Real- time data is a real thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't solve the issues of dirty data, but that also comes along with the territory. More collaboration with CRMs could solve many issues within our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting access to our data in real time. And we don't have to wait for 10 minutes to update and drill down into those numbers. No more power point presentations because Domo is self service. We can present right out of the dashboard. Our engineers love it because they no longer have to manually transform the data from our CRM, that's all manual now. Domo can connect to just about anything.
Great for visualizing data
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Domo, our organization had no way of viewing data in a visualized, easy to digest way. Our IT team now can take data from all of our departments to create a snapshot of the customers we're serving by all types of data points such as location, age, race, district, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a lot of initial set-up with tying in to various systems that you're using to capture data, but with the right implementation, once it's set up it's easier to automate. There is still some manual uploading of spreadsheets for some departments, but again, with templates set up, you do save some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to look at the data we have to best serve our community. We look at trends of who we're serving and where, and figure out where the gaps are to devote more time and funding to make sure we're serving the entire county.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to make your data visually appealing and easier for the average person to digest, Domo is a great tool. You can create all types of charts, graphs, maps etc.
