Splicing up vast amounts of data efficiently and in a visually appealing manner.

We use Domo for our weekly reports and ongoing financial analysis. It helps us show data in a simple but straightforward way.

It's complicated enough to use that only a handful of people at our company actually know how to use it.

It is helping us with our ongoing reporting, which has saved us hours of time every week.
Great BI & Analytics Plataform
What do you like best about the product?
Gather and integrate all data on a single platform, analyze and combine complex data without an IT expert and go beyond pre-built reports and view custom data. It's a 10!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and the design. Which is confusing and not intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That's obvious: End gaps between areas and streamline the dissemination of information and analyze and combine complex data without an IT expert by my side. That is the most important thing I can say about the plataform.
Incredible tool that helps data come to life

Domo helps to visualize and drum up insights into your data, with all the tools at your disposal to make the data work for you.

Nothing to dislike at this point, it has helped our business tremendously.

Helps bring our client's data to life and visualize the data in an easily digestible way, even for clients unfamiliar with our world.
Simple to use and setup for non-analysts
What do you like best about the product?
Getting up and running in Domo as a marketer was very easy. The plug-and-play for Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads was immediately useful to me. It makes reporting up really simple when I can just share a dashboard with filters and drill into data immediately, rather than create an entirely new report. Example: Salesforce opportunities older than 30 days > then exclude certain opps by name > then isolate the opps by account owner. Really useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to bring in lots of data sources, it can get expensive. In my experience, data sources and user licenses are the place where the costs creep up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business analytics and intelligence felt complex and hard to wrangle before using Domo. We lacked insight into our business in a digestible way. Unique or niche insights were out of reach because of the time it took to build custom reports in Salesforce and other platforms, download spreadsheets, and waste time trying to manipulate data to show what we wanted. Domo took a lot of that burden away and gives us greater insights that are easier to understand.
The design of the platform is spiffing
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest to use solution out there. You just log in and the data you want to see is eight there. We can track where our spend is going using its dashboards and make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I'm given much more customer attention ans a better value than what I'd get with other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track operations, finance and marketing on their own tabs.
Amazing data analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is amazing with this platform. It is really easy to use every feature but one important thing is if you don't know how to use it, they have amazing knowledge-based articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an error occurs on the SQL side, I see the error but I'd like to see more clarification about it. Sometimes one sentence is not enough to understand what's wrong in the SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to see what's hidden behind the data. You know, not all data can be seen in an excel sheet. Because it updates data whenever we need it, once we create the dashboard, it's all we need.

So easy to use and manage. Is a breeze to update and gathers all the data needed to make financial decisions. Never fails and makes dashboard AMAZING!

I like everything about Domo. They work well with every system we integrate.

Solves dashboarding across subsidiaries, departments and gives the relevant data to Executives' fingertips.
Domo is simply an incredibly amazing, robust and powerful BI software
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is one of the most robust and efficient business intelligence applications available today. Domo allows us to have very well-designed dashboards to display data from various sources quite quickly and easily. When it comes to analytical capabilities, it is also a powerful tool that also has a good report generator. In terms of support, it meets our expectations because of its layout, although with how intuitive it is we have not had to require it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that could be improved are the graphical tools, otherwise, it is excellent and works efficiently.

Domo has simply amazing analytical capabilities that have allowed us to take better advantage of all the organization's data to make decisions, especially in terms of commercial and financial. The dashboards are comfortable and intuitive, which makes everything simpler and makes working with data, analysis, reporting and more hassle-free.
