World Class Analytics - Domo
What do you like best about the product?
By far the lowest barrier to entry. Start connecting data immediately.

Dataset management can quickly become difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the right information to the right people at the speed of business. Now focused on predictive indicators instead of lagging indicators.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the high number of custom connectors that enable businesses to create a single ecosystem for data from all applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Pain points I had have been resolved through enhancements. Domo keeps improvements coming regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bring real time data using Senior Mgmt in the form that they choose; scheduled email, thru phone or the application itself

Get a feel for the product. Know what you want to achieve before purchasing

That all of our reporting is in one place

A little clunky to set up and get off the ground but once we were running it was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full campaign analysis in one dashboard. we were using separate systems to report on various aspects of a campaign and now we can do it in one place.
Intuitive to use with great visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Domo is to use, even when creating Magic ETLs for calculated fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chart types were as flexible as Excel, which have essentially unlimited customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently implementing Domo with the main goal to cut out time to forecast so that we have more time to do more in depth insights rather than just reporting static numbers
OS for your Business
What do you like best about the product?
Real time business scorecards to track in real time the progress and KPIs of a business. At the board member of several companies that use Domo, I appreciate the visibility it gives me into real time metrics that matter to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a connector for excel in the cloud so that I could keep data updated all the time from excel files. They have this feature with google sheets, but would be amazing with 365. I also wish that there were connectors for CapitalIQ and PitchBook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Scorecard updated in real time allows me to measure the strategy of my businesses.

Use the cloud based data warehouse - its amazing

Limited, but growing, data exploration capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Domo to manage our business from the executive level to the operational level. It's helped organize our meetings and decision making around our business data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework and make sure you have executive sponsorship within the organization. Without solid executive sponsorship adoption will be limited.

Aesthetics and ease of use make this an easy product to share with others at my org

Some of the occasional bugs really get in the way

What do you like best about the product?
Great vendors, great giveaways, excellent breakout session options - very happy with entire event. Oh and who can forget SKI Day! (I say this as it's currently dumping snow outside!) Highly recommend this well-thought out event.

NA - I enjoyed everything about it . !!

We are actually a Gold Sponsor but we use Domo at NetSuite and also partner for our clients.

Great product and great service. Integrates with NetSuite well.

I like how domo takes all of my data and centralizes it into 1 place for me to look at. I like how I can filter datasets too.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I can think of at the moment. Was a little tedious to get trained on how to start using.

I love using domo as a data extract tool. It helps us easily visualize data for different purposes; sales, research, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some training would be helpful to better navigate the dashboard.

Being able to take data and put it in an easy to view dashboard.
