What do you like best about the product?

KPI's dashboards and charts are really easy to create and the tool is connectable with Smartsheet. I use it each week to check the KPI's from the last week and its really easy to implement the tool to the company.

What do you dislike about the product?

Slow loading times if you have a lot of data.
Customer support is answering slowly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me implement KPIs and dashboards, charts and any other statistics about master data in my company.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use and training users onto the user interface. Solid visualization availability, ease of adding new datasets

What do you dislike about the product?

Somewhat limited supply of options in visualizations and customizations. More robust reporting and exporting options would be nice.

More sophisticated reporting options (ie outbound and email attachments) would be interesting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Updating referrers on a regular basis, analysis on our marketing data, and review our Intake teams' workloads.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how user-friendly DOMO is—it makes creating graphs and tracking sales super easy. Plus, its real-time data processing helps me stay on top of our sales orders and budget without any delays.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish DOMO had more customization options for dashboards and reports and better beast mode calculations—sometimes it feels a bit limited. Also, it can be slow when handling large data sets, which can be frustrating when I need quick insights.

DOMO helps streamline data visualization and sales tracking by bringing all my sales and budget data into one place. It eliminates the need for manual reporting, making it easy to create graphs and dashboards that provide real-time insights. This saves me time, improves accuracy, and helps my team make faster, data-driven decisions.

DOMO is very user friendly. I have experience with Power BI and I feel like DOMO is way more user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes its hard for me to get exactly where I need to, but that is no fault of DOMO, I just need more training.

How everything is in the platform, from ingesting data, to standarized, to monitoring, to visualization, even to AI and machine learning

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Domo pushes/promotes features that are half baked and not ready for prime time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domom helps us basically do anything we can envision with our data. It acts as a central hub we can store all of our data from internal to our company to even outside sources. From here, we have everything we need to build weather app so our branches know what type of weather is coming, to HR portals to help managage our recruiting pipeline and PTO request, to everday how are we doing and how are we doing compared to others.

What do you like best about the product?

Domo provides us automated reporting for business users with limited experience in coding/SQL yet allows our organization to provide near real-time data to all of our users with a great mobile interface!

What do you dislike about the product?

We don't have any issues with our use of the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo is allowing us to have automated reporting across thousands of cards in near real-time. We would only be able to produce 1% of the content we produce now without Domo.

What do you like best about the product?

I love being able to customize what data pertains to each department in our office.

What do you dislike about the product?

I strongly dislike that the data takes 24 hours to update. The data is not in real time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to see our conversion rates based on how many cases we sign up each month. This has been helpful when applying bonuses for specific teams. Goal setting makes this possible through DOMO.

What do you like best about the product?

The barrier to entry for Domo is very low, you can learn basic concepts very quickly and easily. There are also many support channels and videos for any questions you may have when collecting and processing data.

What do you dislike about the product?

One downside that comes to mind is the ability to collect data straight to Domo. There are many ways to capture data and link it to Domo, but nothing specifically straight to Domo. There are also othe ways of viewing and structuring cards that do not currently exist.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo is helping us collect data to create daily, weekly, etc. reports that inform the Managers of where the business is and how it is performing.

2.Since all the source files are implemented in Domo, we can do the automation using MySQL instead of Excel Automation

Exporting the large file does not work some times

What do you like best about the product?

Domo provides a platform that allows you to do much more than data visualization, aside from the standard BI suite you can build fully bespoke applications leveraging Domo's backend in order to accelerate deployments to users.

Domo provides the best solution for embedded analytics I've ever come across, balancing ease of deployment while providing several different security options to also ensure that only the correct people have access to the correct data.

Domo also provides hands down the best support for automations and alerting out of the box, they also have a great Office add on that allows users to access reports and datasets from their office apps, so they can share things on Teams, drop in content into Powerpoint, and for those who will never build in Domo out of prefrence or skill gap, Domo allows you to import datasets with filtering controls straight into Excel.

Aside from this Domo also provides other tools that could replace other much costlier applications (which in my particular deployment made several applications that we paid 7X more for each than the cost of Domoredundant) things like Form Builder for questionnaires, Goals for simple project management (think monday reaplcement for Kanbans and such), and Course Builder that functions as an LMS.

In terms of deployment Domo has a plethora of connectors that allow you to get your DWH connected in seconds using a user's existing credentials, however OAUTH does require some additional setup.

Domo provides options that cater to all data proficiency levels across the product offering, typically a pro full code level, code-less drag and drop function gui, and no code option for novices or very simple tasks. This tends to extend to building datasets within the platform, data science and ML applications, as well as actual application building. Using Domo Cloud for storage results in the fastest visualization loading times I've experienced on any platform as the compute scales ellastically to provide sub second load times (AND YOU DON'T PAY FOR COMPUTE!!!!!).

What I've found through all the deployments I've done over the last 5 years is that Domo is the platform that is the most flexible, easiest to learn, cost effective, and most importantly has the highest adoption by end users because of the fresh interface, and responsive performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Dataset run times via standard connectors tends to suffer when you get into multi millions of rows, time zone settings can be a bit funky if you're doing real time data streaming or need intraday data, and the mobile app is pretty limited as it is only used for viewing content without any ability to manage the platform via the mobile app.
