The flexibility and intelligence of the platforms capabilities.

Versioning - tricky to manage with multiple teams accessing at one time - have to use Slack to communicate internally in real time to avoid overwriting.

Looking to test using Liveramp as a unique identifier tying offline to online real time targeting

I love how intuative the tool and a support team is out of this world!

Nothing really, the only thing is that is it kind of a steap learning curv.

Instead of having to put several tags on all pages we use tealium to just put there code in once and than deploy all the tags we need.

If you want to streamline your setup switch to Tealium, it is awesome!

Tealium iQ is a Tag Manager with a lot of exclusive feature, like a large number of predefined tags, a realtime conversion currecy, a realtime data encrichment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about Tealium, except the possibility to control the Tag Manager programmatically with a REST API, or the possibility to share a piece of code with multiple account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve customer data enrichment, page personalization, and integration with recommandation tools.

Teallium is bit faster and reliable in create the tags. Its look much better way to enable the and capture the data with all Business requirements. enriches the best way look at the data.

Sometimes it might get too complex in building tags. If it would have plug and play options would really be a great benefit.

We are look at cross tab and cross channel attribution tags. Which has served us in better way to capture and enrich our Business Capabilities.

It can too complex for for non technology users. If it could be more like plug and play options would have been a great option.

Cross tab analysis and Cross marketing channel. We have seen the data for the issues which will enable us provide more insights to business case and stay a head of a game.

What do you like best about the product?
TIQ has made our teams' lives much easier in the sense of tag management. The ability to configure, control, and roll out all in one interface is a key time saving factor. It's flexibility is a plus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way we initially implemented the tool, seemed to have quite a bit of repetitive tasks involved. Later on realizing that didn't need to happen wasn't cool.
