What do you like best about the product?
its the flexibility of the application and also the modern up to date features that helps us within our organisation to be able to work seamlessly within this application of talk desk

i love everything about talk desk as it makes my life easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps solve performance tracking and data capturing of QA scores and reviews as i am able to access call recordings and have the review on the same page , we are able to pull call transcripts which are 100% accurate with the voice call, we are able to provide on the call feedback as we do live call listenings and immediate coachings with call recordings avalable to us instantly
Talkdesk is very helpful, user friendly and amazing to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The notifications you receive after being evaluated. It keeps you posted and also pops up when a call comes through. The views for managers are amazing, easier to use and manuever. The ease of implementation makes its more perfect. Customer support is always available to assist. I frequently use it, almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are no dislikes about Talkdesk as it has never given me any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agents getting notification for their evaluations. Having to see the seller's information when a call comes through. Getting to listen to all calls across all sites.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is communication effective meaning it allows communication between two parties, for example between QA and an agent. You can receive scores which results in it being user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Talkdesk will be the network problems sometimes. The audio can be bad sometimes, leading to you not hearing the other person. It will drop calls sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it helps with better customer service as much as it helps with reducing the operation burden.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is intuitive and makes working seemless. It is very user friendly and the real-time reporting feature is impeccable.It assists in gaining insight into customer interactions and helps us as agents track our performance. The consult feature is the best as it allows us to work with other department to ensure the caller is assisted in the best way possible.It is a great tool support agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk support is not always responsive. The audio quality is not of the best,yes it is there however there is room for improvement on the quality.

Talkdesks assist in minimizing growth issues within businesses and it empowers agents.

It is very clear and user friendly. The system accomades my line of business and is able to have potions like having a side consultation while on a call.

That there is no option to redial the last phone number

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That you can have a side conversation, If you need any assistance with a call from a different line of busine, there is no need to transfer that call, just consulat and then get bacl to the customer with a newsolution.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you go back to calls you have already done, i can listen to voicemails sent by my sellers, check what status I am on, and also check my colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't show the seller's details making it very hard for us to capture the seller's details on our end when the seller calls in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify sellers easily when they call through for assistance and helps us listen to sellers' voicemails when we have missed their call, and redials seller numbers if we couldn't get to the phone on time.

What do you like best about the product?
As a PV agent, I like that fact that talkdesk allows me to reveiw all the score sheets that I previously completed. I like that talkdesk allows me to fix any errors or incorrect information that I might have saved by mistake. I also like how easy it it to ammend any information. I also like how it is easy to navigate which makes it easy for me to use. Lastly, I like how the aux codes are all labled in instructing colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a previous customer sales service agent, I did not like how talkdesk would randomly cut calls while still on the line with customers due to bad network. I also did not like how sometimes it would just freeze on the incorrect aux code, eg. It would sometimes just freeze on available even though I am on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem with not being able to easily summarize conversations and improve accuracy and reduce handling times. This is benefiting me in rounding up conversations and improving my skills of handling times and accuracy with my stats.

it is very easy to use talkdesk , they have different number of features and it is very easy to implement and I get to use talkdesk every day. Talkdesk makes our jobs easy as customer support

the support and the lack of key organizational features. They also seem to be chasing AI hype features over other critical call center features/functionality that would be more beneficial.

Quality of calls are perfect and helps alot with customer interations. Its very easy to communicate using it.

Nothing, as it provides us with all the required features.

Help to improve our call qualities and improve our communications.
My experience has been nothing short of amazing, no complaints at all.

It is very reliable. There are rarely any system issues where the app might be down.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not notify you when you are accidentally logged out or kicked out the system, due to a network issue for example.

It does not have any latency and call quality is crisp and clear.
