Wonderful without disturbance calling

No network issue, easy connecting and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk was software that we used to log into our systems prior to logging in for work

What I disliked is that it would log us out and place us in a status that we would not be paid for automatically in the middle of your work schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use it for time management for payroll purposes until it began to glitch on us.

It works when until it doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Talk Desk is that it is user-friendly. Any new user can easily use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times there are call drops which is inconvenient for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talk Desk has made it very easy for the user to check all the data on one page. This saves a lot of time. for eg - If I'm looking to generate the reports I can do it on the same page for a particular user.
It is a very smooth program with little to no problems

I like how quick and responsive it is!!!

I dislike the ringtone sound as it is not too pleasant

The Talk Desk has been at its best when it comes to delivering what they have promised.

The talk Desk should give us the option to make conference calls. That option will help us to save time.

There are times when we face call drop issues. This affects our business and customer service.

The Talk Desk has solved the problem of generating accurate reports for the calls made to the customer using the Talk Desk. It has given us an added advantage for getting flexibility with the report generation part.

Talk desk has helped me to get easy access to my reports, it is user friendly too!

At times the flexibility to get the reports on time gets difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The talk desk has helped us to get the reports on time. It has been giving us an accurate report. It also give us an option to check the roster and get the report as per that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best software if you are looking for dial-outs. It gives accurate reports with the call recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is super fast and I have not had like errors on calls, I like that we can do transfers blind or warm and that the talk desk dashboard is a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the only errors that I see on the app are that one time the Dashboard didn´t work properly and takes like 1 or 2 hours to work correctly. I think it can improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the queue calls, I can receive and make calls, I loved that I can see the QA calls and the thing that I have correctly and my errors, I think that it helps me to improve my performance.
