Great Platform for Managing Calls and Voicemails
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to manage calls and being able to assign a voicemail to a user is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile app which I'm told is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing inbound support/sales calls.

It's an awesome product

Talkdesk has great integration with Salesforce and because of it, we can increase a lot our productivity

I have nothing at the moment to dislike Talkdesk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Talkdesk to talk with the others, so I can call the customer directly from Salesforce and see the history afterward

I like the routing features which allows receiving incoming calls to my cellphone

I dislike having to make some sort of sound to successfully connect with the incoming call routed to my cellphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering incoming calls related to our product. Benefits have been related to connecting with salesforce service cloud which automatically generates cases and records the phone calls for easy transcription.

using talkdesk made my work a lot more easier and fun , everything is well in order and and connected

Sometimes there is a bug while using talk desk sometimes it has a bit of problem and it cant connect perfectly . but most of the time its working well . and one more thing sometimes it freezes but that’s mainly it

Have to have Salesforce open in browser to log calls

Simple transfers to colleagues minimising incorrect message taking and connecting Clients with relevant departments

It is so easy to use which made the changeover from traditional phones absolutely seemless

If I don't answer two calls it sets you as away and I always forget to change it back!

The ability to talk to multiple clients and colleagues all over the world. It allows us to increase our market reach because it connects us to multiple people with little or no disruption

A mobile app would be most beneficial so we do not loose opportunities while on the road.

Global communication is one of the Major benefits. Its given us the benefit of opening new market sources in Non Key countries

What I like best about Talkdesk is how user friendly it is! First time I used it everything was so easy to navigate.

Nothing I really dislike about Talkdesk. Simple to use!

It really helps me get a better grasp of how my agents are handling phone calls day to day.
Brilliant callbar for outbound calls and very efficient call reporting and monitoring system
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting I can do on TD portal. It is very intuitive and so easy to understand for any new user. I am a new user myself and it did not take me more than 5 minutes to learn everything myself. The call drop rate is next to none and that is the best thing I like about TD. Stability is everything and that's what this callbar delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ringing tone when TD is connecting is not something I was able to get used to easily. It's a different tone that didn't let me know it's dialing out to a number. I did not find a way to change it to regular tone. Also, I tried downloading TD app from Appstore but didn't find it. I am not sure if it's available or if I am missing something. Additionally, if you can make it in a way that user can login to TD right on the callbar instead of a page opening on browser. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call drops were the main reason why I was trying to move to another solution which was TalkDesk and I am happy to say that I have had no call drops on voip on Talkdesk.
