Easy and robust with its capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing repository of plaug and play community built recipes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limits that are enforced for number of connections, that are unlocked only with buying extra licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and integrations to aid in process transparency, quick implementation turnaround times and robust logs and alerts for processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Eg: If I have a list of tickets to create from a list, any one fails, the whole job fails rather than skipping to the next item in the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with ERPs and other tools seamlessly
We could not live without workato anymore
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is increddible. The User Interface is beautiful. The delployment from Dev to Test to Prod is easy. The community provides pre-build use-cases. We have replaced our SAP Integration Framework mostly with Workato. We use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's primarily build for the cloud and the business user in mind. For highly technical tasks such as SRE, I recommend something else like https://www.paessler.com/

It helps to make automation efforts visible across the whole company

Would be better to add an option to add an else function in the IF/ELSE condition

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is very easy to learn, the implementation was seamlesly, and it is full of great features, plus, they have great integration with a lot platforms and provide great support
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs here and there, but they're mostly related to how I design my recipes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato in several processes, mostly integrated with slack, and this has improved a lot the communication in my team, we automated atleast 70% of our processes which results in a great time and money savings

I like the following from Workato...
- built in functions per app
- The drag and drop of datapill capability
- The ability to be flexible and very powerful by using your own http calls and python code within the automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve because you would need to learn the Workato ways of getting to the data that you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are built in integrations between applications but the logic that you can build upon on these integrations are very limited
It is very easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of assembling the integrations and being able to connect with everything. And if there is something it cannot connect with, the Workato development team does it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the licensing driver. We want to adopt it more, but a time has come when we can no longer do so because the billing increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The independence of the teams to create the integration flows, and the projects are completed much earlier.

The response time of my support questions was and continues to be very good. My technical issues always seemed to be important and i never had to wait long to receive help.

The pricing structure of Workato is not suited for young companies

Connecting different ERP systems to our system without having to develop each connector ourselves

It has immensely unlocked and expanded the functionality of our platform offering. Workato makes our customers happy.

Nothing--would love the ability for more formulas and helpers within actions.

Our platform has integrations but clients may want to customize beyond what our integrations offer. Workato allows us to fully customize their integration experience.
