    Their knowledge trainings are easy to understand, making them accessible even for beginners.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I found the sign-up process confusing because the same registration is used for both the training and the platform itself.

    Workato support has consistently been excellent. On average, we receive responses from them in under three hours, and their expertise is impressive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about either the support or the product.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The integration between our S2P, P2P, and direct software solutions and the client transaction systems has been a key aspect of our operations. Ensuring seamless connectivity among these platforms is essential for efficient workflow and data consistency.

    It’s easy to embed and gives our customers the ability to build powerful integrations without heavy technical work. The wide range of connectors and automation options make it flexible and scalable.

    The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, and some advanced configurations require extra time to understand.

    Workato helps us offer our customers an easy way to connect our product with the other tools they use. This reduces manual work, streamlines processes, and improves overall adoption of our platform.

    I think it’s important they don’t focus to heavily on AI there is still a huge integration opportunity!
