Workato sells an annual subscription service that is payable in advance. Unfortunately, no refunds are available during the term but customers may elect not to renew at the end of their subscription.

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

The Workato Success Center offers customers and prospects access to free documentation, tutorials, and community forums (support.workato.com). Workato also allows customers to file Support tickets through the Workato Success Center (https://support.workato.com/en/support/tickets/new ). Enterprise Support, which includes Customer Success and faster SLA's, is also available as a paid service.
