I appreciate how easy it is to use. Personally, I really like being able to find everything I need in one place, and Workato excels at providing that convenience.

This tool makes it much easier for me to complete my tasks. I appreciate being able to manage several things at the same time. The user-friendly design is something I really enjoy. I also find the helpful prompts valuable, as they guide me directly to where I can resolve my task-related questions.

Workato support has consistently been excellent. On average, we receive responses from them in under three hours, and their expertise is impressive.

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about either the support or the product.

I like how it integrates seamlessly with multiple tools (like Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, etc.) and gives us flexibility to build workflows that fit our needs. It has helped reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and speed up campaign execution.

Pricing can get high as you scale, especially if you’re running many recipes in parallel.
