What do you like best about the product?

I think the interface of Workato is the best compared to other integration platforms like MuleSoft. Easy to use, makes it easy to onboard new team members. I love being able to create custom connectors; I used it on an older project to cover specific needs. The support team is also very helpful and responsive and solves real-time issues quickly during production. “Workato is easy to deploy in the web browser and the cloud, and we can configure logging details for users easily."

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes some connectors are not available on the trigger part. For example, there is no NetSuite REST connector. We just need that one trigger for our needs so we hope an update will come out as soon as possible by the end of the year.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workato is helping us solve the issues of the project and the real time errors in production. The support team is very helpful and the interface easy to navigate which makes it adaptable for any new person. A highlight is also the creation of custom connectors.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplicity of building a recipe in Workato. It's almost a low code, no code interface as promised, and that's the best part of it. Also, the initial setup was pretty simple and straightforward, and we got good help from the product team, so it was all good.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has a slightly less user base, so the material available out on the Internet is a bit less. I usually have to reach out to docs.workato or the support to understand more about their features.

It's a one-stop solution for connecting to various end systems and B2B applications.

What do you like best about the product?

I really think the UX is amazing and clear, which makes Workato very user-friendly. It's a beginner-friendly tool that's easy to use, and the features like the AI Hub, API Platform, MCPs, and Copilot help me a lot. The setup is super easy because it's SaaS. Onboarding a new customer takes less than a minute, making the setup process really quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The retention period can be improved and a better reporting tool is required.

I use Workato for integrating through multiple applications, which helps with integration, data migration, and API management.

We developed an integration for user lifecycle management, covering the full Hire-to-Retire process.

At first, it was quite complex and I didn’t understand everything. However, after completing the training and getting hands-on practice, it became much easier

At the beginning, it can be quite complex and not very intuitive, especially without prior experience. Some features take time to fully understand, and debugging recipes can sometimes be challenging. However, it gets easier with practice and training

Workato helps us automate repetitive tasks and connect different systems that don’t naturally communicate with each other. It reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and improves efficiency. As a result, we save time, streamline our processes, and can focus more on higher-value tasks instead of routine operations.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very user-friendly even for those without technical background, it does its job with integrating systems and also enabling you to develop out of the box solutions, where needed. It's stable in operating, the support team is fantastic, onboarding is smooth, community is really warm! I think it's totally worth the money and the AI features seems super cool.

Honestly, I love it all - the downside thing is that there are so many opportunities and I don't have to try it all out!

We struggled with making the platforms that we use (finance, crm) and our in-house built in tools talking to each other. The developer time was unavailable and Workato solved it for us!

Over experience is good, its low code platform. Very easy to implement.

I love Workato's 'low code' recipe builder that makes it intuitive and fast to create complex automations. It allows me to design sophisticated workflows visually, saving hours of manual programming. The massive library of pre-built connectors ensures I can link almost any app without writing code. The interface made getting started very fast, especially with the user-friendly 'Quick start' guides, and basic integrations became functional almost immediately.

I find the high pricing and steep learning curve for complex logic can be barriers for smaller teams.

I use Workato to automate workflows, connecting apps like Slack and Salesforce. It streamlines data syncing and eliminates manual tasks. The low-code recipe builder saves hours of manual programming, and the pre-built connectors allow linking almost any app without coding.

Its automation process as is very easy I attended one of the workshop held in noida by niyaz official employee at workato there i got to learn how to automate any process using workato how to create an agent , how to create agent recipee and its knowledge base it was full of learning session with workato after learning workato now i am confident that i can work on this platform also i integrated workato with MS teams and JIRA which make my work easy it is very easy to implement its its support from their customer support team is excellenet also ocassionaly i use workato to automate any process

its like difficult for beginner to understand and I think there is also some kind of credits mandatory to buy after use the free one

It solve automation and integration process by its agents and now it saved my time

I like Workato's load handling capability because we can queue a lot of tasks, and they will be executed successfully. At peak times, I have to manage parallel calls, around 1000-3000 per minute, and Workato’s workflow helps manage this effectively. Also, the configuration is pretty easy, and the console is user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

They queue the webhooks, so the last call to be executed has a delay. If parallel processing can be improved, this delay could be reduced.

I use Workato for workflow automation to handle webhook calls efficiently, even at peak times with 1000-3000 calls per minute. It queues tasks effectively, though parallel processing could be improved to reduce delays.
