Been using product almost 4months now and #1 tool for integrations from my experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get used to, limitless possibilities and getting better and better constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
More example use cases would be nice and data manipulating examples

Prebuilt connectors to streamline workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Workato provides prebuilt connectors that opens opportunities for our background check services to integrate with additonal payroll, ATS and HCM systems we previously did not have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found the team at Workato to be very responsive and available so I do not have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibilty of using API to work with HR Tech providers that we did not have prior access to.
IPaaS which is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is user-friendly which helps users with no developer experience also to create integration. Customer support chat feature which helps the developers to resolve their problems easily.Recently, we implemented our employee off-boarding process which results in significant time savings for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although workato, has features which allow users to create the recipes without code, some complex scenarios can be easily accomodated with Code instead of using multiple steps with consuming more tasks. Workato offers Python and Javascript features but those are all having limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato allows the developers to create integrations in hours. Logging,Prebuilt connectors features which helps the developers to create integrations easily. We implemented our employee offboarding process with the help of workato.
A good experience being a beginner to start using it.

The bugs and the errors which occur at times.

It is helping to integrate multiple platforms and services
Making integration/automation fun!
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a Boomi background I have found that developing integrations is much faster and easier. Workato is particularly good at leveraging source and target system metadata to working with systems so much less painful - almost fun! Also the support we have received really is an example of Workato be not a vendor but a real partner. For example, if when developing there is knowledgable real human support less than 10 minutes away in live chat, real support, not AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
If record tranformations cannot be done in a bulk operation processing indivdual records at a time can consume many tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has been particularly helpful in rapidly help us integrate between our ERP/SIS and Salesforce. Specifically it helps overcome the challenges to develop better and deliver more quickly.

Workato is a good tool with extraordinary chat support.

Sometimes we are stuck with new things and Workato does not have many examples.

It is a great tool with NO code LOW code mechanism.
Robust, highly configurable iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only have access to so many native integrations, but also the ability to design simple and common connectors, and also the ability to get into the actual code and build from the ground up when you might have complex connection or transformation criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model and the way you (used) to get charged for the product through recipe count vs other platforms. But hopefully that is changing soon from what I've heard!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational efficiency flows and information parity, as well as generalized automation flows that help serve internal audiences on varied internal communication platforms.
