Reliable Performance, Flexible Automations, and an Intuitive Interface

    Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Performance has been generally reliable, and we can connect different applications without much effort. I really like how flexible the automations are, since they adapt well to our needs. The platform also provides a robust, intuitive interface, and the workflows are very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool feels a bit rigid, and every now and then an automation fails without any warning. I also wish there were more integrations available. On top of that, the price can be a little high for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to connect our marketing tools, and it mainly helps us cut down on manual work. It simplifies setup, creation, and ongoing management, and it lets me automate daily searches. It’s been fantastic for automating different aspects of our workflow, and it has greatly simplified integration overall.

Intuitive, Clean Interface with Powerful Integrations

    Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Workato for its ability to integrate a wide variety of applications and services. The interface is intuitive; unlike other integration tools, this one feels clean and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization and a high cost. I also ran into a few issues with the cloud, which made the overall experience less smooth than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has been fundamental in my role as a data engineer. Its ability to automate workflows and connect different systems has improved our efficiency and reduced the time we spend on manual tasks, which makes it an excellent tool overall. In my experience, Workato is truly worth it.

Easy-to-Use, Reliable Automation with Powerful SDK Flexibility

    Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Workato's easy to use UX makes it easy for me to involve my teammates on the People Team in AI agent builds and automations without sacrificing advanced features that I need, like building sophisticated automations with less common apps using SDK builder to connect to APIs. Workato rarely encounters downtime and has proven consistently reliable from dev to production. We've also automated a lot of our new hire onboarding through its app builder with backend recipes and (eventually) an AI agent to support hiring managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are not entirely Workato's fault, but I'm on the People team so it's more common that I have to use the SDK builder than it is that I get the plug and play benefits. I realize that's likely because I do not represent the average user, but it would be nice to see Workato natively integrate with Lattice, LMSes like Sana.ai, and other people and performance related platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest impact Workato has had for me is through new hire onboarding. I'm the program manager responsible for our new hire onboarding, so from scheduling sessions, to organizing and validating completion of HR tasks, Workato has automated a ton of the mundane work. The Google Calendar MCP was a really nice addition because it made creating a scheduling agent incredibly simple.

Strong Connector Ecosystem, Clean UI, and Powerful Agentic Automation

    Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Workato has a large community and a strong connector ecosystem that developers and integrators can leverage to create multiple solutions, such as MCPs, Slack bots, or orchestrations. The UI is clean and easy to work with. Performance is also good, especially when everything is configured correctly. Workato also has a helpful support team, although sometimes it can take a while for issues to get resolved. The models in the Genies are solid as well, and the agentic layer is quite good; it can handle and perform complex agentic tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes them a while to come up with an answer to a support ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating agentic solutions, such as automating service requests that previously took time for users to go in and create a ticket manually. We can also connect multiple data sources to Workato and use bots to perform multiple tasks.

    Powerful, Easy-to-Use iPaaS

    Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use iPaaS, great learning resources and support. Capabilities of Workato are powerful, especially with native connectors, MCP, and now Genies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can at times have limitations on configuration options for example not being able to allow Genies using multiple chat interfaces or when to enact a Genie (app events can be rigid, at mentions take change mgt, and enabling across all message creates noise).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business application integrations, modern notification processes including Slack. Complex integration between multiple systems. Agentic and AI related automations including genies.

Effortless Automation with AI Enhancements, Needs Trigger Improvements

    Reviewed on Jun 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Workato for automations and model prediction delivery to different business partners. I love that with Workato, I don't have to worry about underlying infrastructure or code; I just grab the boxes I need and deploy automations for business really quickly. The platform is easy to use; it took me just 1 day to successfully deploy my first integration. I also appreciate the AI Integrations, as they're really good for me. I don't have to write manual messages for Teams or Slack. I just deliver value by grabbing the boxes I need, and the AI features take decisions by themselves. The initial setup was really easy. Just 2 months after implementation, there were successful automations in production environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers, specifically when you have a custom trigger for different schedules, are kinda hard to complete the rule. Also, when testing, I don't want the job to execute, but when the automation is ON, it still executes. I'd like more advanced features and more details on how the executions work. If I'm testing, I want a dry run of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Workato, I easily deploy automations without worrying about infrastructure or code, speeding up delivery to business partners. AI integrations automate decisions, freeing me from manual messages and tasks.

It’s easy to integrate multiple apps together and incorporate AI into automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing Workato at scale exposes some real gaps. There’s no centralized view of MCP servers, their tools, or usage metrics, so auditing what’s deployed and how it’s being used ends up requiring custom tooling built f
