What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a game-changer for any team looking to automate workflows with limited or no coding experience. The user-friendly interface and the numerous pre-built connectors make it easy to set up connections to different SaaS apps in seconds. The no-code recipe builder allows teams to set quick and easy workflows, helping them accelerate implementation, save time, boost productivity, and streamline operations. You can also use pre-build templates offered by the Workato community.
If you are a beginner, Workato offers self-paced training and hands-on courses that help individuals quickly master Workato's features, along with excellent support from the Workato team to ensure success in automation.

Workato can be quite pricey, especially if you're not using the correct licensing model.

A Comprehensive and Powerful That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It meets a lot of enterprise level requirements and very flexible in ways users can build solutions through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there are more Workato supported connectors. There's no way to monitor webtraffic so when running into rate limit issue, it is really hard to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato platform revealed previously unknown internal workflows, enabling us to standardize procedures across the organization. By grouping these workflows, we developed larger initiatives for greater efficiency.

I love that Workato makes it easy to automate complex workflows without needing developer support. Its user-friendly interface and responsive support team make managing business processes smooth and efficient

Not much, but the tool can be a bit pricey for small companies, and some advanced features could be more intuitive

Workato helps us integrate different tools, like Pipedrive and various databases, streamlining data flow and reducing manual work. This automation saves time, increases accuracy, and allows us to focus on more strategic tasks

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Workato for just over 2 years. We previously shifted from Celigo to Workato. We are able to easily integrate and automate systems. The user onboarding is quick, with an extensive training academy (this has been great to ensure we have core training for all users). They also have a frequently changing roadmap, their product is constantly improving.
The customer service is amazing! Probably some of the best support I've received from a tool. We're very happy customers of Workato, and look forward to growing as an organization with this product.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are happy customers - probably the only area could be the pricing compared to competitors. But with the scope/capability of the platform, for us it's easily justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it primarily for connecting our workflows between Netsuite and our other tools (e.g. Salesforce, Snowflake)... We have been able to develop creative solutions and avoid purchasing additional tools.

Low code and easy to use yet powerful enough to use for important processes.

Not much. Building custom connectors is a big leap compared to recipe creation

Particularly helpful for onboarding and making use of cloud products such as seismic and enabling integration between onprem and cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Workato is that it offers us the ability to add value to our customers. We currently have some 100 integrations that we've been able to deliver very quickly with Workato. The drag and drop capability means that we don't waste time creating code for these mundane tasks, giving us time to deliver on the more complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can easily lose your coding skills when utilising the platform. Whether that's a dislike or compliment to the product is in the eye of the beholder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is solving for issues that our customers face. Typical ones are integrating with suppliers or creating a JML (joiners movers leaving) process with multiple connections such as success factors. We're able to deliver a solution that is making a complex process very efficient for our client base taking away a lot of their operational pain.
