Workato: flexible, easy to use and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of designing recipes is well deigned with tiles and it is similar to a flow chart. Workato can connect to basicallly any data source whether it is located in the cloud or on premise. It works well with ERP systems as well.
It is also robust and reliable. Plus low code and it has an "AI" helper in case of need. Customer support is also helpful most of the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind on negative aspects of Workato.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To transport data from Domo to an advanced planning system called Kinaxis.
An intuitive tool for software integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use and implement. It is very versatile as it can get data from both direct connection to the applications and API calls. It runs reasonably fast and can be a great tool for integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
In the future I would like Workato to focus a bit more on looping and loop opertions, such as adding while loops and making it easier to do operations on lists. It is an area with room for improvements for the developer's experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to integrate ServiceNow with Jira and we did it through Workato.
IPaaS which is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is user-friendly which helps users with no developer experience also to create integration. Customer support chat feature which helps the developers to resolve their problems easily.Recently, we implemented our employee off-boarding process which results in significant time savings for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although workato, has features which allow users to create the recipes without code, some complex scenarios can be easily accomodated with Code instead of using multiple steps with consuming more tasks. Workato offers Python and Javascript features but those are all having limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato allows the developers to create integrations in hours. Logging,Prebuilt connectors features which helps the developers to create integrations easily. We implemented our employee offboarding process with the help of workato.

Workato is remarkably user-friendly and comprehensible even for non-technical individuals. Additionally, we've successfully implemented it for bulk use cases with assistance.

There is still room for improvement in handling large payloads of data efficiently.

We have successfully implemented Workato in a use case where we are syncing user data from SAP Concur to the Netsuite employee database.
Wonderful application for Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the low-code no-code approach the workato has, by the its very easy to integrate and also the flexibility of creating custom connectors. Also the wide library of OOB connectors.The Customer support team is fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons i would say is the challenges wtih very large data,I am sure workato has the strength to optimize it.

It solves challenges related to Automation and integration,its great for real-time data sync and most helpful in task optimization
