Great product for monitoring network systems

What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, the "dirty work" is out of my hands. The engineers research and check things, and I get involved once they are sure it is an issue needing my input or action. It alleviates my need to constantly monitor logs and systems to ensure they are working efficiantly and safely. Th engineers are knowledgeable abnd present me with best practices on solving the problem at hand when possible. I also get to meet with them regularly to go over events and trends and plan for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have enough access to fix some of the "smaller" issues themselves. Although it seems minor, we are a small shop, so any issues they find have to be dealt with by me. I am so fortunate to not have to find them anymore, but I still have to complete mitigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given me time back and increased our security posture. I no longer have to dive into all the logs and systems each day and make sure all is well. We see better security, better monitoring than a small internal shop can do, and we get more time back to deal with other projects and items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch your industry score and ask questions on how it can best be setup to meet your needs collecting the most information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Best practices on how to approach the daunting task of OS patches.
Prioritize and Triage.

A true statement that was said earlier, vulnerabilities are not only external, they can also exist internally, right in your backyard
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike...
Since just recently acquired AW, so far.. its been pretty transparent when reporting data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at the moment, the main benefits is we have visibility on both ends of the spectrum, internal and external. thanks AW!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once AW reports the outcome of their scans, make sure you have a game plan on how to address and triage the vulnerabilities.
Your network is only as secure as your weakest link. So get everyone on the same page, and it will put your mind at ease.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best is the quick response time. Whether its a quick question i have or something that needs attention quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as dislikes, i haven't had any dislikes. Everything has flowed very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A couple of our problems were that we had no network monitoring, and our firewall logging was only being reviewed once a day. So basically there was no 24/7 monitoring and it wasn't being reviewed like it should be. Arctic Wolf takes care of that and a lot more. It makes myself, feel a lot better about our network.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you first talk with Arctic Wolf, it is a little intimidating. There is just so much info and options to think about and figure out. But, just ask and they will break it down for you and make it very easy to understand. They will take care of you.

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness and knowledge that the AW team brings to the table is refreshing after having seen so many other SOC / MDR teams lack in these crucial areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I genuinely don't have a dislike for AW. Let's hope it stays that way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having a full SOC team, but need the monitoring and detection of a full SOC team.

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf provides our IT department with the security we need to ensure that the corporation is protected 24/7. On critical discoveries, they email and call the system administrator so that we can react quickly. If the system administrator is not available, they will the other contacts listed to ensure that we are notified of a potential issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Arctic Wolf thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see the origins of the users attempting to bridge the network and are able to take action. The level of detail they provide to use, we are able to block specific IP addresses or certain regions of the world.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been a customer for 2 years. The onboarding process was simple and easy, we were up and running in less than 2 weeks. AWN engineers helped us fine tune the system so we were getting the necessary alerts and filtered out the false positives. Escalation and ticket handling are working great. We get the information our team needs to research, find, and eliminate vulnerabilities in our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints about the service or the engineering support. I was concerned at one point when our concierge engineer moved on, but the one that took his place stepped up, learned our account and we didn't miss a beat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We regularly get alert/escalations from AWN engineers. The provided information includes what they saw, and snippets of the data where the event was discovered. This helps us to track down issues quickly and efficiently.

Happy with Arctic Wolf managed SOC

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has been a great addition to our security team. It is great to know we have an extra set of eyes on our network to watch for anomalies and vulnerability updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the customer could access log data from within the console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying non-US based logins for O365, mail forwarding rules, privilege escalation, admin account lockouts, et al.

I have no dislikes of AW. They have always exceeded out expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the solution being a cloud Saas offering. The console is easy to navigate and we are getting an industry-leading product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have several state offices and some of how the admin policy and permissions we wish we're able to set in a way to how we do business. We aren't like typical IT departments so I guess that goes with the territory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Symantec SEP and their support during the Broadcom buy out really gave us support issues. Plus we wanted cloud-based. It was time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest having some workstations you can use and do a proof of concept.

What do you like best about the product?
AW is actually part of my team and provides weekly reports for metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues at the moment. My CST has been very responsive and tends to my needs.

We have sensors on our entire network so that we may analyze all devices.
