Powerful and easy to get things running automation
What do you like best about the product?
Having good set of features that allows you to get started very quickly without setting environments, deal with cloud specific products but one agnostic process.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some use cases where combination of conditions are too great the readability of a workflow may be a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike code, since all the integeations are live in the same place its much easier to reuse existing integrations when starting a new project/task.

assist in automating processes easily and without development knowledge. can save lots of hours that were spent on manual tasks. great customer service with high availability

it might take some time to establish the onboarding/ integration of new systems to the scope.

Torq can easily automate many things and can save a lot of work time, or to enable things that manually aren't possible to do

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Torq for some time now and I am extremely impressed with its ease of use and native integrations. Creating automations on Torq is a breeze and the platform has a wide range of native integrations that make life a lot easier. The tool has saved the security team a considerable amount of effort and time by automating my manual work processes. Furthermore, the Torq team and support are exceptional. They are always on hand to offer guidance and assistance whenever needed. Overall, I highly recommend Torq to anyone looking for a reliable tool that can help improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Torq is a fantastic tool for streamlining workflows and automating processes, I did notice that it lacks certain incident manager capabilities. However, this does not detract from the fact that Torq is an incredibly useful platform for managing security and operational processes. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the level of support provided by the Torq team is excellent. Overall, I would still highly recommend Torq to anyone looking for a powerful automation tool.
