Torq is a great way to assess an organization's needs
What do you like best about the product?
The plataform is easy to use to meet your needs. I also like that Torq is extremely thorough while maintaining flexibility. And what I like the most is that their product uses real-life scenarios to make it seem more legitimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I would personally have is that some of the teaching videos can be a little long, nothing more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that the system helps you and teaches you how to detect email fraud and scams more easily so that no one hacks your computer, and we have been able to remove phishing attacks from other users' inboxes based on user reports.
This platform is used by users and administrators daily, and everyone loves it!
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it helps us provide a means for our global user base to submit phishing messages to our security team for review. It's great that you learm from the emails that are reported so you become more efficient as you go time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to set up and use, and Torq is there if you need help. And it would be nice to have more customizable, data-rich reports, but that pales in comparison to the benefits of Torq.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq allows us to quickly target and eliminate any possible threats on all users of our system with very little work on the part of our support team. The platform also allows us to attach the original message to an acknowledgment email for clean shipments.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is highly scalable and flexible. and I like that it's easy to create a database like a criminal database that makes it easy to access all the information. This software has been of great help to our company, it has additional tools that allow us to create advanced analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any major issues with this system; However, learning this software curve can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface is well designed and easy to use. This software has allowed incidents to be reported to create a database of repeat offenders and related information. The system has helped achieve rapid incident resolution, case management investigations, and more.
I like how customizable the tool is and how easy it is to adjust it to your liking.
What do you like best about the product?
Torq gives us a comprehensive view of our entire toolset. We also use it to automate repetitive tasks. I also like that we can quickly respond to security alerts through automation. Torq support is always fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has a slight learning curve. and the overall appearance tends to appear boxy and rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is solving the problem of repetitive tasks and actions. I like it and being able to integrate it easily with all the integrations with the pre-built plugins. I can navigate very easily and at the same time do my work efficiently. I can also use filters effectively to reduce the number of results when trying to narrow down to one case.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-interface of Torq which provides user to access most of features at one click. Torq's smooth onboarding process and robust project management tools have enhanced our teams collaboration. Also, Torq offers a great customer support, dealing with every query of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies with specific requiremnets might discover that Torq doesn't have all features they need, or those features might not work very efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq help us to provide a centralized hub for storing, organizing and accessing knowledge, making it easier for users to find the information they need.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to like, it's hard to figure out which one is the "Best". The UI is easy to navigate with many options for getting as granular as you want within your workflow. For options that aren't available, integrated steps allow you to drop into Bash, Python, etc and perform actions directly on your variables. The Support Team has been amazingly responsive to requests for help, recommendations on more effective ways to conduct an action, and even short-suspense creation of new capabilities for major tasks I was trying to accomplish. After researching and testing several different SOAR platforms, Torq quickly became the obvious answer for our organization. We have already saved thousands of man hours on repeatable tasks, and I've barely scratched the surface. I'm looking forward to all of the amazing automations I will be able to continue doing with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Torq development team seems to be in my head. This is worrisome. Every time I think of a capability I'd like to see in the platform, they publish that solution in the next feature release. It would be great if they would wait for me to reach out to them and request it, so I would have more time to spend working with their amazing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive tens of thousands of alerts on our EDR, and Torq helps out by mitigating and resolving the "low hanging fruit" so our analysts can spend time focusing on the threats that are more serious. We also use the platform to "sync" data between external platforms by using webhooks to trigger when an event occurs. There are also scenarios when we have one platform that won't tie in easily to another platform, but Torq has all the answers, so we use it as a man in the middle to relay information through the vast number of built-in integrations that are so easily implemented.

Great Automation and Response Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Torq plays a vital role in minimizing cyber security threats. It provides a user-friendly interface, eliminating the need for coding skills. Also, it integrates with various third-party applications, streamlining security operations through automation. It enables swift detection and response to security incidents, effectively reducing the mean time required to resolve any incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any problem while using Torq, as it consistently performs as expected and fulfils its intended functions.

It helps us to perform administrative task manually and is susceptible to errors. Ineffective communication channels may impede collaboration among teachers and students.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface provides a fantastic method to visualize the stages we are developing, and gives me units with advanced capabilities to manage and automate security operations. And reference sets are very useful. It is also a good platform when we consider automation in process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is powerful but takes time for proper setup. That's why me need more guidance on how to configure guides, the use of functions and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows you to create and use a very useful dynamic workflow. Very userful for incident response and, above all, to obtain orchestration and rapid responses. Also organizes incident response and facilitates the presntation of information to leadership.

Visual graphs are very useful in real time to detect problems. and I like that the automation of workflows saves time and that detailed tracking and analysis of suspicious events is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very high priced tool, the normal user cannot afford it. But regarding its application I did not find many disadvantages.

It helps me scale my containers in a very easy way. It also helped me meet my requirements compared to other tools. Plus, it does away with security resolution in a single tool. And threat visualization is the best.
