Pandadoc is very easy to use and saves a lot of time in document work. The ease of implementation makes it simple to get started quickly. I use it with high frequency of use for proposals and agreements. It has a strong number of features like templates, esignatures, tracking and payments. The ease of integration with CRM tools is smooth and customer support is quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are limited in lower plans and customisation can feel slightly restricted at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of manual document handling and slow approvals. It helps me send, sign and track document online which speeds up the process and improves workflow.
Inexpensive and Easy to Use for Sending Client Contracts

I love the inexpensive cost and the ease of use. I can quickly send out contacts for my clients to sign with ease

I wish it had more integrations but so far the worst thing I find about panda doc is is the limited customization options.

What do you like best about the product?
I love easily filling out the text variables in PandaDoc because I can fill out the variables in one space and it saves me time by filling out the rest of the blanks for me. It's really awesome! The saved content library also saves more time compared to using Word or Adobe. The initial setup was pretty easy.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for PandaDoc is for agreements and e-signatures. I will be using PandaDoc to generate the agreements after deal closure, and after the agreement review internally, I will be sending it to the client. They will verify, and then we will be sending it out for a signature.
What is most valuable?
I appreciate the HubSpot connectivity with PandaDoc, as that is helpful for our team. In my opinion, the best features PandaDoc offers are e-signature, editing, and the connectivity with HubSpot.
PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by helping to move the approvals faster and get the agreements in. The approvals are now one or two hours faster. The HubSpot integration specifically helps my team by saving time, as we can connect directly from HubSpot to PandaDoc.
What needs improvement?
PandaDoc can be improved at the interface level, as it needs some improvement because it is not user-friendly. The pulling from the content library is a little bit difficult. We want to update any content library and pull it back into the agreement, and that area makes it difficult.

Before using PandaDoc, we used DocuSign, where we were facing many troubles with signature and those kinds of things. After PandaDoc, it has become streamlined. We previously used DocuSign in our company, which was not that great or user-friendly, so we moved to PandaDoc.

The pricing experience is a little bit higher, and we want to reduce the pricing according to usage, so that is an area we want to focus on.

All features are good, and I do not have much to add about them. My advice to others looking into using PandaDoc is that it is a great tool for a growing company. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

The ease of implementation is also impressive because our team was able to start using it quickly without a complicated setup. It offers a solid number of features like document templates, electronic signatures, tracking and workflow automation. My frequency of use is quite high because we regularly send proposals and contract to clients. Another advantage is the ease of integration with CRM and productivity tools which helps keep documents connected with other systems. Whenever we needed assistance the documentation and customer support were helpful and responsive.

One thing that could be improved is that customising certain templates or layouts can sometimes take a bit of time especially for new users. Additionally some advanced features are only available in higher tier plans.

PandaDoc helps solve the challenge of managing business documents and getting approvals quickly. Before using it sending contracts and waiting for signatures could take longer because everything was handled manually through email attachments. Now in my corporate workflow I can create proposals send them to clients and track when they open or sign the document. This has made the process much faster and more organised.

It has good number of features like templates, signature and tracking which i use frequently in my daily work. The ease of integration with tools like CRM and payment systems saves a lot of time. Also their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever i get stuck.

Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high for small teams. A few advanced features take time to understand and loading large documents can occasioanally be slow.

The biggest advantage of this app is its ease of use which makes handling documents very simple even for someone new to the platform. The ease of implementation allowed our team to start using it without a long setup process. It also offers a strong number of features for document creation, tracking and approvals. Another great part is the ease of integration with other business tools we rely on. The customer support team has been reliable whenever we had question and due to its convenience my frequency of use has naturally become part of my daily worflow.

One thing that could be improved is the loading speed when working with large templates. Additionally certain customisation setting take some time to understand especially for first time users exploring all the available options.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create, send, or track documents with PandaDoc. The interface is good, and the templates save us time. It's easy for users from different departments to learn quickly, and templates help us standardize documents instead of creating them from scratch. I really value the e-signatures and templates in PandaDoc. The UI setup and workspace setup are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the platform works for what we need, but there could be some improvements to the advanced formatting.
The SSO portion could have used some work as there was not a specialist in that department which left us fending for ourselves or being told 'this won't work' when in reality that wasn't true. This is no longer the case though as they now have a dedicated tech for SSO that's extremely knowledgable.

I find PandaDoc streamlines document creation, approvals, and e-signatures, reducing manual paperwork. Its user-friendly interface and templates save us time by standardizing documents easily.
