What do you like best about the product?

I like that PandaDoc gives my clients greater visibility into unit pricing and the products they’re purchasing, and makes it easy for us to collaborate on scope and budget through the online portal. The catalog and templates have significantly improved the time it takes me to put together a great proposal, and clients tell us our proposals are more thorough than our competitors’. I can use PandaDoc anywhere, and all of our staff can collaborate in one place. Setup was super simple: I did a brief onboarding and then set up templates to fit our needs. We adjust them each year as our needs change. Since switching from Word, our closing rate jumped substantially. I recommend PandaDoc to clients and vendors all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like PandaDoc to handle fixed payment schedules, though that’s more of a conversation with the technical product team.

It is important to take a little time to find out how to use it.

PandaDoc will streamline my contracts getting signed so that customers projects can begin sooner.

What do you like best about the product?

I find PandaDoc very easy to use, with intuitive features. I like that I can route documents and message clients, making it easier to follow up and get things signed off. It’s flexible, with integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot, and workflows through email or a CRM. I also like that signature and field lines are available to help coordinate internal and client signatures, even though I usually add them manually. I can see how many times a client has viewed a document and whether it has been changed or routed, which helps keep both sides accountable. Routing documents for internal sign-offs and getting finance to review and approve them is also helpful. Setup was very easy; it took me around 30 minutes to understand the routing, and PandaDoc is effective most of the time. I think it’s a really good document-signature tool for small and medium-sized businesses.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish PandaDoc were better at understanding what a document means and where fields should go, with more sensitivity to differences across markets and cultures. The signing-order option should be more prominent, with safeguards before sending; if I don’t turn it on, the document goes to everyone in the thread. For some larger companies, the email that triggers a PandaDoc assignment can take time to arrive or land in spam or junk.

I use PandaDoc for document routing and client messaging, so it’s easier for me to follow up and get things signed off. It works through email or a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot, which makes it flexible.

I like how the process has a guide to assist you making the process very user friendly

Like most software platforms it has too many links which can cause confusion

Its solving the need to hire an expert or use a legal advisor to review the terms and disclosures in contracts.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can create my own templates and easily send them out for signature without ever having to leave the platform. The interface is clean and easy to pick up, so putting together a proposal or contract doesn’t take long, even when I’m customizing pricing tables or swapping sections for different clients. The performance of the product is pretty good. Documents load quickly and I rarely run into lag when editing or sending. It also integrates well with the other tools I use, so I’m not copying client info back and forth between our CRM and PandaDoc. Onboarding was straightforward, and when I’ve had questions, support has been responsive. From an ROI standpoint, it’s cut down a lot of the back and forth involved in getting deals signed, which easily justifies the cost. The AI features are a nice bonus too, especially for drafting or tightening up content when I’m building a new document.

What do you dislike about the product?

Formatting can get finicky when you’re moving content blocks around in a template, and some of the more useful features are locked behind the higher pricing tiers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc helps me get proposals and contracts out to clients faster and keeps the whole signing process in one place. Instead of chasing signatures over email or juggling different versions of a document, I can send, track, and close deals without the usual back and forth, which shortens our sales cycle.

I find PandaDoc simple and easy to use, especially the send-as-text option. It has our back as a company.

I notice quite a big lag when trying to get documents sent out. I also wish PandaDoc had an open API so I could automate the process with our CRM like I used to with DocuSign.

Creating related fields on a template is frustrating because there is no in-app guidance for the tool. Support doesn’t cater to the needs thru call since they only do chat. The tool should have in-app guidance to direct how to do related fields and conditional visibility of records to be displayed. Basically it should make a normal person understand how to use the software easily.

Templates and content reuse reduced preparation time greatly and reduced rework. Having create, send, track, and e-sign in one workflow mostly replaced separate tools or steps. Document analytics sometimes influenced follow-up.

I love PandaDoc’s API integration with our application. It makes creating agreements a one-click process, so my closers don’t have to fill everything out themselves. It reduces the time needed, gets rid of human error, and makes everything faster. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the billing could be improved.

My only issue with PandaDoc was document styling when I tried to paste certain types of formatting from other apps, such as Microsoft Word. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was the only problem I ran into.
