What do you like best about the product?

Our business relies on constantly signing legally binding agreements with clients and external work contractors, so we need a reliable system we can trust to be safe, secure and work soundly. Bulk digital signatures and document signing work well. Some of the templates can be useful and don’t need too much editing.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can be difficult to reassign or bypass signing to other people if workers are on leave within companies, which can cause very problematic delays due to how the system is laid out. Some templates are clumsy to change and it can often be better creating our own from blank. As far as I am aware there is no reporting dashboard giving stats on how successful or quick agreements are signed, and the main feedback we get is just if the agreement has been signed or not and how many reminders have been sent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us a reliable way to get legally binding agreements signed with clients and external contractors. Templates help a little when they don’t need much editing.

What do you like best about the product?

I use PandaDoc mostly to create, send, track, and e-sign documents in one workflow. Mobile access, document signing, and signature document creation meet my requirements and are fairly easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some features sometimes don't work the way I would like them to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It mostly replaced separate tools or steps for creating, sending, tracking, and e-signing documents. Templates and content reuse somewhat reduced preparation time, though document analytics rarely influenced my follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?

Templates and content reuse reduced my preparation time greatly. I also like the document analytics, since the recipient engagement insights frequently influence my follow-up. The AI was helpful when I was trying to understand how PandaDoc works with Salesforce and Zapier, especially around recipients, signer roles, and document automation, because it helped me quickly understand limitations and possible options instead of spending a lot of time searching through documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?

User/role/access management, email management, and the sign-in process have been weak for me. On the AI side, the suggestions can be too general, and it could improve by giving more specific answers based on the exact PandaDoc setup. It’s also not very clear when I’m interacting with AI vs. rules-based logic or a human.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I greatly reduced proposal prep time using templates and content reuse. The analytics frequently help me decide how to follow up based on recipient engagement. The AI saved me time by helping me understand integration limitations and options with Salesforce and Zapier without digging through documentation.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the online document creation and PDF creation. I also used the AI to craft a document by integrating AI integrations, and it went fine and did what I needed for extracting data from a document, even though it was only ~70% accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI is only ~70% accurate when documenting with the prompt, so I still have to check it. I also haven’t used templates, and the document analytics insights only rarely influence follow-up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It partially replaced my tasks in Microsoft Word docs.

What do you like best about the product?

We use PandaDoc in different teams in the organization, and it is very easy to use for us and our customers. We work in a very regulated field, so it is critical that signatures is handles correctly, which PandaDoc allows for. The document signing, signature workflow, and electronic signature portion is very important. We also use templates for everything we do, and it has reduced preparation time greatly. It would not be possible to do the work we do if we could not utilize this.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, I've had a hard time editing fields in documents, but I have always found workarounds.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It fully replaced how we used to handle this via email and paper. Templates reduce preparation time greatly and are a very important time saver for us.

I like PandaDoc for document signing and electronic signatures. It’s fairly easy to use and set up, and it generally meets my requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?

Templates haven’t worked for me, and I haven’t used the full workflow or analytics.

I really like PandaDoc because it's super easy to use, and I can reuse the same form over and over for different people using the templates. It makes it easy for me to collect signatures on required documents without having to jump through a whole bunch of hoops to get it accomplished. I use the templates a lot because I don't have to continue uploading the same document that needs different signatures, which makes things so much faster for me. It also allows my assistant to do it on my behalf. Compared to the previous product we used, PandaDoc is much easier and makes us much more efficient. The initial setup was super easy, taking very minimal time, and my assistant was able to set it up very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I've actually not experienced something with PandaDoc that doesn't work well. Or does not help me be more efficient. It has been great to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc makes it easy for clients to sign documents remotely, saving time with reusable templates. It simplifies collecting signatures without hassle, boosting efficiency for me and my assistant.

What do you like best about the product?

Integration with HubSpot and the fact that it can refresh with updates to HubSpot. UI and functionality has been helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing currently that I have experienced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Document formulation: saves a lot of time. Tagging people to review the document has been helpful. Clients find it easy to use too.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that PandaDoc offers a free version, which is great for people like me who don't have a budget for these applications. It's also easy to use, which gives me peace of mind. I use the drag-and-drop feature to add required fields and send emails to the correct recipients. The initial setup was really easy, and adding contacts is straightforward too. I highly recommend it to everyone, giving it a 10 out of 10!

What do you dislike about the product?

There are higher-end (paid) fields in PandaDoc that I don't understand and could be explained better. I end up using them without knowing, and then I'm forced to remove them to get it to work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc solves the legal hurdle for freelancers needing document signing protection since PDFs aren't enough. Its free, easy-to-use version is a great relief. I use the drag-and-drop for adding fields and sending emails to recipients.

What do you like best about the product?

I mostly use it for quotation e-signing, and it helps automate repetitive work. I can also check whether someone has opened the signed document or not.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some advanced features may require a plan, and that plan can be expensive. Also, a few features take time to learn, so there’s a bit of a learning curve.

It helps me create quotes and manage sales documents. It also makes it easier to put together a polished proposal.
