What do you like best about the product?

I really like the ability to store and reuse content snippets. It makes my workflow much smoother and helps me get through tasks faster.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s nearly impossible to get connected with a live person when I need to discuss billing questions or get support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re standardizing our workflow by adding an approval process to keep things consistent and help us get contracts out faster.

What do you like best about the product?

Support starts with an AI bot but can quickly redirect you to a live agent who solves your issue right away or in just a couple of days.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish I could open a ticket by myself - without having to exhaust all options through a bot first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc is streamlining our contract management process and integrating with Salesforce for optimal customer information collection.

What do you like best about the product?

Very intuitive to setup, some automation but easy to do things manually, good integrations, easy for clients to use via computer or phone and HIPAA compliant.

What do you dislike about the product?

none that I've found, sometimes it will have updates that slightly change things, but they seem to strive to keep it human intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

e-signatures, templates. These are a must in my industry.

it is easy to use, the templates auto generate the fillers and it's easy to send to as many people as possible which is great for work/business needs

What do you dislike about the product?

the new upgrade changed how things were, it's slightly more buttons than it was in the past so it takes some adjusting to

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

sending application, onboarding documents to new hires and documents that need to executed internally as well too.

What do you like best about the product?

I find the PandaDoc service simple, convenient, and understandable. Easy to use. I also like the template creation feature, it's a handy thing that can be used many times.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I like everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc is convenient for signing documents when the signers are in different countries.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to create templates and emails that go with them. This is a huge time saver.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes if I am working remotely (coffee shop) it takes a long time to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's streaming lining our intake and onboarding processes.

Very easy to use, and quite intuitive. The auto-selection of fields saves time, and the value is absolutely there

What do you dislike about the product?

Some aspects sometimes feel a bit clunky. For example, you cannot simply add a line break to a document, you have to upload an entire new document

Enables us to get confirmed visibility into when documents are actually being reviewed by our contacts

What do you like best about the product?

I like how I can quickly access and drag documents into PandaDoc, and arranging them is super fast as well. It's also great that I can store my clients' names, so I can quickly access them and add them to documents. Plus, ease of use and pricing were big reasons for switching to PandaDoc. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there was a way to attach PandaDoc to my CRM without a third party.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PandaDoc for business documents that need to be signed. It helps me quickly access, drag in, and arrange documents, and store clients' names for easy access and document integration.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the streamlined interface. It's easy to navigate and incredibly user intuitive. It typically takes me less than 3 minutes to create and send a document because it is so easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?

I may be missing it, but I wish I could refine the completed documents by using a filter. I'd love to be able to filter it by document type, signer name, time period, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to create a template and send the form out instead of manually creating and sending individual forms has saved me so much time! I'm so grateful for this feature!

What do you like best about the product?

I like how PandaDoc simplifies the deal desk process and standardizes our order forms. The support they provide is great for self-serving and escalating to a human when needed. I can always find the answers I need with the help of their chat bot, and when I can't, a human reaches out with a thorough troubleshooting response.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find our product pricing is weird where for some products we offer very large quantities where the per credit rate is fractions of a cent. To get this information from Salesforce into PandaDoc, we've had to use text fields instead of currency fields so that we can accommodate large numbers and small numbers. If they had something out of the box for this, that would be great.

PandaDoc simplifies my deal desk process and standardizes our order forms, making it easier to generate quotes and manage orders.
