What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that PandaDoc is user friendly and offers very similar features to DocuSign but at a lower price point. I find it convenient that once I assign a document to approvers, I am notified again only when it's completed by all signers, which is helpful for managing approvals across a global organization. I also like that files are retrievable after signing for up to a year, which serves as an extra storage feature. The search feature to locate signed files is another aspect I find valuable. The initial setup and training were pretty easy and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I notice that once the document is approved, it does not always change to Completed. Sometimes it shows as viewed or signed and is already complete.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc allows me to manage approvals across our global organization seamlessly, offering a user-friendly platform with a search feature that helps retrieve signed documents for up to a year.

What do you like best about the product?

how easy it is to drop a pdf in and send it out for signatures.

What do you dislike about the product?

Only thing, I can think of is that we have to pay for the service!

we have locations in five different states so it makes it easy to get documents signed

I love how easy PandaDoc is to use and just how simple it makes my workflow. Being able to copy and paste the link is super convenient. The notary feature is a real time-saver because I don't have to handle it in a separate document, and that just smooths out the process for me. Plus, the initial setup was really easy, which made getting started a breeze. I'm really enthusiastic about recommending PandaDoc because I actually suggest it to others all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't love the template feature. I wish that you could just type in what you needed and not have to add the fields as you go.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc makes it much easier to get signatures from my clients without printing. It's simple to use, and the notary feature saves time by avoiding separate documents.

What do you like best about the product?

It was great when we first started as a founding customer in 2011. The contract view analytics were what attracted us.

What do you dislike about the product?

The customer service is TERRIBLE. Beware, don't sign up for annual because they WILL NOT LET YOU out. The kind of things companies do when their business is failing.

e-signature problems (but that's become commoditized)

I like how customizable it is with the tokens.

The newish update requires more steps to use / edit a template

It helps provide a space for templates and houses documents for clients to review/approve

Support starts with an AI bot but can quickly redirect you to a live agent who solves your issue right away or in just a couple of days.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish I could open a ticket by myself - without having to exhaust all options through a bot first.

PandaDoc is streamlining our contract management process and integrating with Salesforce for optimal customer information collection.

What do you like best about the product?

Very intuitive to setup, some automation but easy to do things manually, good integrations, easy for clients to use via computer or phone and HIPAA compliant.

What do you dislike about the product?

none that I've found, sometimes it will have updates that slightly change things, but they seem to strive to keep it human intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

e-signatures, templates. These are a must in my industry.

it is easy to use, the templates auto generate the fillers and it's easy to send to as many people as possible which is great for work/business needs

the new upgrade changed how things were, it's slightly more buttons than it was in the past so it takes some adjusting to

sending application, onboarding documents to new hires and documents that need to executed internally as well too.

I find the PandaDoc service simple, convenient, and understandable. Easy to use. I also like the template creation feature, it's a handy thing that can be used many times.

So far, I like everything.

PandaDoc is convenient for signing documents when the signers are in different countries.

The ability to create templates and emails that go with them. This is a huge time saver.

Sometimes if I am working remotely (coffee shop) it takes a long time to load.
