What do you like best about the product?
The document tracking and analytics are incredibly valueable. We receive real-time notifications when a client opens, views, or spends time on a specific page of a proposal. This engagement data is crucial for sales coaching and follow -up prioritization, allowing reps to known exactly when to call the prospect. The inclusion of built-in payment collection at the time of signature is a huge workflow accelerator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary frustration pointis the editing complexity when dealing with highly specific or custom formatting. While the drag and drop builder is great for new proposals, users find ir challenging to edit or manually adjust existing documents or PDFs with limited formatting options and unpredictable text reflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDocs is solving the problems of inconsistent sales collateral and slow deal closure for our revenue team. Benefit: The platform enforces the use of pre-approved, smart templates that automatically pull the correct data (pricing, contact names) from our CRM. This ensures brand consistency, eliminates manual errors and provides our sales team with a professional, polished image that builds clients confidence.

I truly appreciate PandaDoc for its ease of use, as the software flows seamlessly, making my daily operations efficient. I love how it simplifies sending and receiving closing documents for mortgages. The drag and drop signature feature is particularly impressive, as it makes positioning signatures on documents effortless and takes away any guesswork. It’s also incredibly convenient that I don’t need a manual for setup—it’s very user-friendly right from the start. What I like most is how it saves me money on overnight mailing fees and expedites document processing, making it a critical tool for my work. Overall, the intuitive design of PandaDoc means I can run my tasks smoothly without hassle. I also value its seamless integration with my mortgage software, enhancing my workflow.

I dislike the send feature because compiling all the pages together can be problematic, especially since larger files sometimes won't send without upgrading memberships.

I wish we could export draft terms in MS Word without the formatting becoming an issue

We were using MS Word previously which was time consuming and allowed our team to change the templates without approval. The PandaDoc template feature allows us to keep better control of the documents being sent out and allows us to reduce errors. It's also provided a central repository for documents, where we previously replied on people sharing internally.

I appreciate PandaDoc for its consistent document layout, especially through its use of templates. The templates provide a robust guide for constructing contracts, which saves me the hassle of deciding what needs to go on a contract manually. This makes the process of creating contracts for cleaning and janitorial services in commercial properties far more efficient. I also find the delivery mechanism of PandaDoc highly beneficial, as it allows me to track when a contract is opened and how many times it has been reviewed, which is valuable when trying to gauge the interest and consideration of clients and stakeholders. Furthermore, the seamless integration of electronic signatures within PandaDoc eliminates the need to use additional software for this purpose, streamlining my workflow significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the design aspects could be improved, especially for my industry. In the cleaning industry, there aren't many aesthetically pleasing document designs available. While PandaDoc does have one document that I was able to use, I believe there could be more updated features, possibly including AI integration. I'm not sure if AI is currently a part of PandaDoc, but incorporating it could be a significant benefit.

Additionally, I appreciate how PandaDoc centralizes all documents, preventing loss in locations like OneDrive. This feature, combined with its ability to integrate with other systems like Insightly and custom software upon contract signing, makes it highly functional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I generally find PandaDoc to function well, I do encounter some difficulties, particularly with the template creation process. The challenge arises not necessarily from an issue specific to PandaDoc, but rather due to the incorporation of certain graphics and colors in our contracts, which can make editing templates cumbersome. This difficulty is accentuated when I need to add new information in the middle of contracts, presenting a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while not a direct issue, I would like to make greater use of the report features within PandaDoc. The reports appear promising, yet I feel there's potential to leverage AI to explore the data more effectively and derive more value from these insights.

PandaDoc replaces handwritten signatures with verified digital ones, integrates contracts with other systems, and centralizes documents to prevent them from getting lost, enhancing document management and streamlining contract signing processes.
Absolutely Love This Software!
What do you like best about the product?
We like how easy it is to upload and send documents to clients for signatures. The platform clearly shows document statuses such as sent, viewed, and completed, allowing us to track progress and send reminders when needed. PandaDoc also offers unlimited document sending, which is a great advantage. Additionally, the ready-to-use and editable templates save us significant time and effort by eliminating the need to create documents from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that it would be very helpful if PandaDoc offered integration with our tax software, TaxCycle, so we could send documents for signature directly from the software without needing to download and upload files manually. Additionally, it would be great if PandaDoc allowed users to import contacts directly to save time entering client information. Although support can assist with this, reaching out each time takes extra effort — having a self-service option for importing contacts would make the process much smoother from a user’s perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has simplified our document signing process by eliminating the need to print, scan, or manually track signatures. It helps us send, monitor, and receive signed documents quickly, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency. However, we’ve noticed that sometimes the document status does not update accurately — for example, a signed document may still show as “viewed.” This creates confusion and requires us to manually check and confirm if a document has been signed before following up with clients.
Convenient Email Copies, But Needs Better Text Formatting Options
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I receive a copy of everything by email, which makes it easy to locate any missing paperwork if I need it later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if, when I change the text size in a document, there were an option to apply that change to the entire document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is in the process of addressing some glitches at the moment.
