Best Proposal Tool with Seamless Gmail Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly, which is crucial for my role in the business development team. It gives me the freedom to tailor each proposal correctly to my clients and prospects. I really like being able to easily access already existing tables and the ability to show and hide items that need editing. The library feature is another big plus, as it allows me to add additional information to my proposals. Moreover, it syncs seamlessly with my Gmail and Slack, which streamlines my workflow. It's the best proposal generation tool I've used in my career, and setting it up was super simple. I work in a company with over 300 employees, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an extra row that appears on our proposal when building that I always have to delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives me freedom to tailor each proposal and is user-friendly. I like accessing existing tables, showing and hiding items for editing, and the library for additional info.
Effortless Document Management with Stellar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easiness of connecting PandaDoc to Salesforce CRM or any other technology, which makes it seamless for our workflow. Configuring the templates is straightforward, which I find very helpful. I also appreciate the platform’s capability to easily create templates, add variables, and configure the variables from the records. Adding images and using the content library are also simple and are great features. The audit trail feature is fantastic because it provides a comprehensive amount of visibility on where a document is in the process, whether the customer has looked at it, or if it's signed, which is crucial for our business. On top of all that, I absolutely love the user interface and the user experience as they are very user-friendly. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially setting up the panel of templates and other dynamic features, which I think was the biggest highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
After merging documents, they are not automatically saved on the record. Also, in email templates sent from PandaDoc, there's no provision for adding variables or selecting dynamic fields from the record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves visibility issues and simplifies document management with an audit trail. It's easy to connect with Salesforce and configure templates, making document creation efficient. The user interface and experience are outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for creating proposals to send to clients, and I like how it keeps standard content up to date while allowing for tailored quotes for each customer. It's easy to create and manage templates, which is a big plus for me. Additionally, I find it quite convenient to compile pricing information along with contract terms and conditions. My onboarding experience was really simple too.

It can be slow, and sometimes doesn’t merge the right fields.

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it is fast, reliable, and easy to use. It helps us keep all documents in order for different projects, which is essential for our organization. We take on over 200 new jobs a month, so the speed and reliability are critical due to the fast-growing rate of our business. The initial setup was very easy, and because it's the first product we've used instead of doing things manually, it's been a great addition to our process.

I use PandaDoc to organize documents for different projects efficiently. It's fast, reliable, and easy to use, which is critical as our business takes on over 200 new jobs a month.
Easy to Use with Simple Controls for Consistent Team Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Simple controls. Also very simple to create controls for your team to ensure consistency
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really bad aside from minor quality of life elements. The TEAMS app is a little buggy but still works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure consistency in pricing and speed of quotes. We sell from multiple vendor price lists so having this all in one place is great for our team.
PandaDoc Makes Applications Fast and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Using panda doc to compete my applications is a life saver and time efficent.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime, it takes longer than usual to reach clients, even sometime we have to resend the full document.

it makes the process way faster and convenient to clients.
Happy with company offering, unhappy with onboarding, not worth the $$

Everything is does to make document creation smoother and easier for sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m really unsatisfied with what you call “Onboarding,” especially considering we paid $479 for it. It wasn’t worth the time or the money for what we received. What would have been far more helpful is a training course that actually shows how to set up a template, create a document, and handle the basic setup steps. Once it became clear that onboarding wasn’t going to get us anywhere, I ended up outsourcing the setup.

Easy to Learn and Fast for Collecting Virtual Meeting Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn how to use. I am new to using PandaDoc this year and I was able to figure out how to use some features without having to ask a colleague to show me. When I hold virtual meetings, it is a fast way to get signatures from everyone who attended the meeting. Uploading my documents and adding signatures takes me less than 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is my first year using PandaDoc and so far I have not encountered any issues when I am using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to hold virtual meetings and then get electronic signatures from everyone in attendance. This is beneficial so that I don't have to go around and collect physical signatures from each person who attended the meeting.

It's very user friendly. I like how it highlights the errors so you can fix them.

Nothing at this time. I am very satisfied,
