Straightforward Administration and Easy Contract Adjustments
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to administer, easy to adjust contracts. Salesforce integration works without a ton of administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out negatively, could use more documentation around the Salesforce sync, if I have to do a more complex CPQ implementation down the line I'm not sure what kind of support I would get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have CPQ so we need a tool that reflects our general product suite in document form flexibly, and provides E-Sign
Great one-stop contract hub, but document editing could be more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Simple single location for all documentation. Like the way it tracks and monitors access and review periods. All round its a pretty good one stop shop for contracts. I use it weekly and regularly and it gives me confidence that the contracts are maintained.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of word / google doc functions. When completing a doc it is not as intuitive or functionally rich as I would like.

Effortlessly Converts PDFs to Sign-Ready Agreements
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc helps me use my existing drafts by converting PDFs into sign-ready agreements without any errors. The UI is comfortable for most of my clients, making the process smooth. The initial setup was super easy, which is always a plus. I'm happy using PandaDoc and even rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the date of sign should get populated based on when it's signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc converts my existing PDF drafts into sign-ready agreements efficiently without errors, and clients find its UI comfortable.
Efficient Document Creation with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc for its speed and scalability, which make managing agreements and templates efficient. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, especially with its clean user experience. Making documents from templates is straightforward, and the initial setup of PandaDoc was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the UX feels a bit dated. The styles, design, UX, and UI could use some improvement.

Simple, Time-Saving Quotation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for setting up quotations for customers, and it's really handy because it saves me time on checking if the customer can actually see the quotation. It's simple to use, helps me navigate and edit things quicker, and saves time typing extra stuff. The analytics tool is awesome for seeing where my customer is focused on in the quotation. Additionally, I find the initial setup very easy.

Efficient Signature Tool with Easy Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc to send documents and it's mostly about saving time, as everything is fast since it's via email. I find all of the tools pretty useful and the website is pretty easy to use. We mostly use the signature options, which are pretty easy for our customers to sign, and it's very quick, which we appreciate. I've been using PandaDoc for a year, and it's been pretty easy and comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be kinda useful if we could send at least two or three reminders a day since sometimes they forget to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for sending documents. It solves time problems as it's fast via email. The signature options make it easy for our customers to sign quickly, which we appreciate.
Fast Document Creation with Templates, Smart Pricing Tables, and Smooth Co-Authoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with PandaDoc I don’t have to spend much time creating new documents by building off of previously accepted templates and/or previously accepted text blocks, I just combine the two and move on from there. The auto-calculation of totals and adjustments in the configurable pricing tables (once the rules are established) are also nice; I love that I don't have to spend time manually entering figures or making manual adjustments. Co-authoring with PandaDoc is fantastic as well, I love that the changes are tracked cleanly and simply and that I can easily view prior versions of the document and I never worry about losing my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations in editing images can make things difficult at times when needing more precise control over image size after inserting them into your document. This is why I generally edit my visual elements before adding content as a pdf, it works, but having more options for flexibility in this area would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a well-organized document with PandaDoc takes very little time, since all working documents live in one place; therefore if I were to make a change to a template because of some unexpected change, the change will immediately affect all applicable documents, without any version conflict issues. Additionally, I find the document tracking capability of PandaDoc to be intelligent, allowing me to determine when a document has been opened and how much time a user spent reviewing the document.

How accessible and easy it is to use and send documents out.

Wish that there was more options to customize documents if need to edit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out documents to patients and getting them sent back completed in a timely manner is helping the practice by how efficient it is to use.
Easy for Clients and Staff to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Clients find it easy to use, and it’s simple enough for staff to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t integrate with Lawpay, which is our firm’s payment gateway. It's the most popular law firm payment gateway in the USA, so it would be mutually beneficial. In addition, some extensions such as content locking are behind a paywall, the feature seems like it should be available universally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle to get signatures from our clients, but now we don’t.
Streamlines Document Management, But Learning Curve Exists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc has features like built-in price sheets, approvals, e-signatures, and team collaboration. It helps me have repeatable templates that are easy to fill out, which I can share and collaborate on with my team. It saves time by not having to cross-reference other documents and speeds up deal cycles with integrated signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complicated or in-depth the document, the product can become a bit clunky. Also, there is a learning curve in getting started. If your admin isn't super technical or experienced, it can cause headaches for the team. If things aren't updated or linked correctly, it causes a lot of extra work. For example, having to manually update prices if they aren't linked or updated properly. Also, it can be difficult to delete rows in tables sometimes. It's also easy to mess up workflows or approvals, which causes a headache.

PandaDoc helps me with repeatable templates that are easy to fill out and share. It saves time by eliminating the need to cross-reference other documents and speeds up deal cycles with integrated signatures.
