Love the ability to create forms and templates for business documents!

There is a learning curve to learn the navigation but it's pretty much the same as other apps learning curve.

It solves issues with obtaining information and having editable templates for business repetitive work

When you are new, figuring out the way to put signatures in order is confusing when you're used to Adobe

Getting signatures quickly and tracking them.

I appreciate how PandaDoc helps us onboard families immediately without having to wait on anything. We can also be flexible with how we arrange payment. The ability to upload our own Canva docs is important to me. I find it valuable that I can move boxes and cells around as needed. I like the ease of sending documents by link, which allows families to sign instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish PandaDoc could instantly remember some of the wording we use. It would be great if it remembered specific user profiles and what they add into the agreements, and then automatically did it itself. Perhaps some sort of AI or technology could be utilized for this. Also, back in the day, the initial setup was a bit more difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc helps us onboard families immediately without waiting, and we can be flexible with payment arrangements.

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to add people to sign, also easy to send them the link when they have issues finding the email. we have already recommended all of our staff to use this instead of docusign. Almost everyone has changed over already

I would like for the document to show what email address is attached to the panda docs

What do you like best about the product?

I find PandaDoc very easy to use, and it goes beyond my expectations in terms of functionality. I really like how quickly I can share documents with clients and employees through links, which significantly speeds up our processes and simplifies both our business and everyday lives. It's also great that PandaDoc integrates with my CRM, allowing for a seamless workflow. Additionally, I appreciate that it offers way more useful features compared to DocSign, which is why we switched. The initial setup was very easy, which made transitioning to PandaDoc smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe the non-shared docs. There should be a way to follow-up and download every doc for every employee of the company, and not just the one that created the link

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc solves legal issues for my business and is very easy to use. It lets me share documents quickly, making life easier and our business faster. Its functionalities go beyond expectations.

What do you like best about the product?

I love that I can edit forms even after I’ve started a signature request. I also really appreciate the integration that lets me download multiple forms separately from a single signing package request, which is immensely valuable for my line of work. It saves much-needed time by making it easier to organize different groups of documents into separate folders. This program is a much better value, for a cheaper price, than any other program I've subscribed to in the past.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only complaint I have is sometimes the program lags in the middle of trying to setup new contacts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, I had to literally use a copier and scan each document into my email and use the Adobe program and try to edit and combine each page. A huge waste of time! PandaDoc also has great customer support which helps me learn how to use all the features and cuts down on wasted doc prep time by at least 75% a week.

What do you like best about the product?

PandaDoc is a great contracting platform. I've worked in tech sales for 5+ years, and this is definitely the easiest platform I've used to send out contracts. I love the notifications PandaDoc gives when my prospect views the contract. It integrates directly into Hubspot, which is super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile iPhone app could use some work! It's easy to see all of the contracts across my organization, but much harder to sort by just my contracts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending contracts easily and getting notifications when my prospects view the contract!

It's really user friendly and intuitive to use

I sometimes find the history page a little hard to navigate as I like to be able to clearly see previously completed documents

Getting agreements signed at scale

The UI/UX design and Integrations with HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?

The pricing table is not flexible enough, and the data syncing is not flexible enough, and support is slow and not human.
