What do you like best about the product?

The variables in the templates make it easy to keep everything accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s frustrating that I can’t add page numbers to documents (i.e., 4/10, etc.). Also, creating a spacer between page elements is a hassle and it limits design flexibility.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a single tool to create documents has been essential for our business, and it has saved us a lot of time when preparing contracts for both new and existing clients. Plus, being able to send clients a document link so they can sign off or leave comments has been a huge time-saver as well.

What do you like best about the product?

Well, up until the other day, the best about it was the ability to quickly start right into the website. (The website version has been down for days now, so I cannot use it.)

What do you dislike about the product?

I really wouldn't have anything to say, but since the website is down and I cannot do my work, without downloading the app (which I am not allowed to do), I guess I'd have to say - provide more information about WHY THE WEBSITE IS DOWN!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can quickly get faculty contracts out, and easily look to see who has NOT even looked at their contract. Allowing me to send reminders.

What do you like best about the product?

The best part about Panda Doc is its ability to streamline the entire document workflow in one place

User interface is intuitive, electronic signatures, document tracking and automation features make it easy to create, send and manage documents effectively, saving time and improve productivity

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike about PandaDoc is advanced features of integrations are only available only on top tier plans which makes expensive for the small business owners and new user still feels like learning curve to setup complex workflows, templates and automation features

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc solves the problem of managing documents manually by providing a centralized platform for creating, sending, tracking and singing documents. It eliminates the need for lengthy email exchanges, paper based approvals and manual follow-ups

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use and flexibility in how to obtain signatures and that I do not have to drive to other cities just to get a signature anymore.

What do you dislike about the product?

Searching for templates has not been consistently successful. I do not know whether it is a user error or a shortcoming of the program

Getting signatures quickly from people that are busy or far away. It also limits paper copies. (I lose papers).

It's user-friendly and easy to understand

There's really nothing bad I can say about PandaDoc

Pandadoc saves time and helps me get documents signed by multiple parties quickly.

What do you like best about the product?

I think that the best part of working with acutrans is how is adapting to all our needs as company. I'm sending documents all day long and Panda Doc allows me to work fast and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe colors. I would like to go with colors that defines better the good mood of the platform or how familiar is to work with Panda Doc. I would go for a good purple color. But it's just matter of how it looks like.This is also applicable for all the status of documents.

signining multiple documents during the day. It's awesome how I get notifications per each change of status.

the felxibility to edit documents and upload templates

editing the fields can be very difficult

love that it's a platform that houses all our contracts and keep track of due dates. also love that we can send the w9 with the contract all at once.

What do you dislike about the product?

changing a signer can be a bit difficult but i understand there are guardrails in place for a reason. Also, I wish the system would send an alert when things are due rather than me having to review the end dates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

we were using hard copy or pdf contracts for our 1099s. PandDoc allows us to modernize and streamline our process so all contracts have the same legal verbiage and easy click through electronic process. also they are all housed in one spot instead of on different drives and computers.

Extremely user friendly, both the ablilty to set email and document templates has been great

the new update change the layout which made it more confusing

I like PandaDoc for how it allows me to write contracts quickly and efficiently. The speed, efficiency, and storage of contracts really stand out to me. It also works well for repeat customers, making it a reliable tool in my workflow. Additionally, I found the initial setup fairly easy and user-friendly, which is a big plus.

The program could open quicker and have fewer updates.
