Seamless Integration with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Integration into monday.com, means we can have multiple systems but everything is in one place

Sometimes editing a document that has already been sent, and then having to resend

Helping us to send out documents/orders to clients and keep track of them within another of our internal systems

The pdf download of documents can be a bit finicky at times.

Allows us to send proposals and contracts right from our CRM, greatly reducing any manual entry

I like how PandaDoc is very customizable and easy to use. It's great that you can upload any document and assign fields for people to fill out and sign. The setup was very easy too.

I use PandaDoc for signing hospice consents, both in person and remotely. It's very customizable and easy to use, allowing me to upload documents and assign fields for signing.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about PandaDoc is its ease of use and clean interface. The ease of implementation is great because I was able to set it up quickly without much technical help. It has good number of features like templates, signature and tracking which i use frequently in my daily work. The ease of integration with tools like CRM and payment systems saves a lot of time. Also their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever i get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high for small teams. A few advanced features take time to understand and loading large documents can occasioanally be slow.

PandaDoc solves the problem of manual paperwork and slow document approvals. It helps me create, send and track proposals helps me create, send and track proposals digitally which speeds up with workflow and improves client response time.

I like most that it integrates with our CRM, and it's quick and easy to use. The setup of PandaDoc was very easy for me and my team. It was very organized to add the documents we needed and to integrate it with our other systems.

Easy to Use, Feature Rich Document Workflow with Reliable Support
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of this app is its ease of use which makes handling documents very simple even for someone new to the platform. The ease of implementation allowed our team to start using it without a long setup process. It also offers a strong number of features for document creation, tracking and approvals. Another great part is the ease of integration with other business tools we rely on. The customer support team has been reliable whenever we had question and due to its convenience my frequency of use has naturally become part of my daily worflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the loading speed when working with large templates. Additionally certain customisation setting take some time to understand especially for first time users exploring all the available options.

This app solves the challenge of managing proposals, contracts and signatures in multiple places. It keeps everything centralised which reduces confusion and manual follow ups. As a result it save time, improves organisation and makes the overall document process more efficient for our team.

I like that PandaDoc is easy to use, especially for reviewing and getting documents signed. It's very easy to share documents and have the other party sign them. I also found the initial setup of PandaDoc to be very easy. I like it a lot with no dislikes.

Streamlined Document Management, Minor Formatting Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create, send, or track documents with PandaDoc. The interface is good, and the templates save us time. It's easy for users from different departments to learn quickly, and templates help us standardize documents instead of creating them from scratch. I really value the e-signatures and templates in PandaDoc. The UI setup and workspace setup are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the platform works for what we need, but there could be some improvements to the advanced formatting.
The SSO portion could have used some work as there was not a specialist in that department which left us fending for ourselves or being told 'this won't work' when in reality that wasn't true. This is no longer the case though as they now have a dedicated tech for SSO that's extremely knowledgable.

I find PandaDoc streamlines document creation, approvals, and e-signatures, reducing manual paperwork. Its user-friendly interface and templates save us time by standardizing documents easily.
Streamlined Our Sales with Effortless Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for sales and love how it has streamlined the document signing process by reducing the back-and-forth of signing quotes, sales orders, and order acknowledgments into one simple document. Its functionality is easy to use—I just upload a PDF, and it automatically detects the fields, letting me edit the field properties as needed. This has cut down quote creation time in half. Being able to upload a PDF allows for easy customization of quotes without altering PandaDoc settings. Setting up PandaDoc was also very easy, I just logged in, went through some instruction guides, and was able to get started. Overall, I'd rate PandaDoc a 10 out of 10 because it's seriously made our sales team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc typically doesn't detect checkboxes for optional fields in our documents. It would be great if it could detect those checkboxes, as their absence makes upselling and cross-selling customers a bit more challenging.

PandaDoc streamlines my document signing process, reducing back-and-forth communication. It's easy to use, with automatic field detection, cutting quote creation time in half.
