esignature and payment in one system. The biggest reason we use pandadoc is the signature part, but we like the way pandadoc works much better then docusign

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create templates and then turn those templates into public forms. We can use those forms in our email blasts to customers, and they connect through Zapier so they can receive the information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little buggy. For example, with Zapier it started connecting through Webhooks, which it had never done before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the problem of having to send individual documents to clients. Instead, including the form link directly in our emails saves us a lot of time, and we can use that time to focus on prospecting new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about PandaDoc is how it streamlines and automates our entire partner onboarding process while still keeping confidential information secure. As a Partner Onboarding Specialist in an OEM organization focused on identity management, access control, and physical security, I work with distributors, system integrators, vendors, and technology partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia.
Our workflow typically begins with an NDA, then moves to a Partner Information Form, and ends with a Partner Agreement. PandaDoc’s reusable templates, automated reminders, and document tracking have greatly reduced manual follow-ups and improved completion rates. I also really appreciate the dashboard, which makes it easy to see who has viewed a document, how much time they spent on each page, and what still needs action. It’s also simple to replace a signer, search documents by company or email, and organize files by region. Because we often share confidential APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation with OEM partners, PandaDoc delivers a secure, reliable, and highly efficient document management experience that I depend on every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with PandaDoc has been very positive overall, and any dislikes I have are really just minor areas for improvement rather than true issues.
When I’m managing a high volume of partner documents across multiple regions (Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia), the search and filtering could be a bit more refined. It works well as-is, but faster advanced filters—or smarter suggestions when partner or company names are similar—would make it even more efficient.
I also think the reporting and analytics could be more customizable. The current dashboard already provides strong visibility into document views, time spent, and page engagement, but having additional exportable insights or more trend-based reporting would be especially helpful for larger onboarding programs.
Lastly, while signer replacement works smoothly, it would be great to have more automation or intelligent recommendations when roles change within partner organizations, so workflows stay streamlined with less manual effort.
Overall, these are small enhancements. PandaDoc still supports our NDA, Partner Information Form, and Partner Agreement processes effectively, particularly when we need to maintain confidentiality for OEM integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The Free Version is actually usable. I'm thinking of upgrading to the subscription but only because it got my business started and its been going up! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the auto placed fields, it makes new contracts so easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending documents by text message would be nice, but that is included with the subscription. another reason I'm looking into getting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper copies of everything get messy and the certificate of completion has saved me some hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps organization to create templates and send to end user to capture signature which is end to end document management. It also speeds up to capture electronic signature, real time tracking and manage documents securely online.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel lack of control over the component customization, say for example - adding a normal table, visibility of text boxes using show and hide logics, visibility of signature boxes, UI arrangement of some components are getting misplaced sometimes when sent to end user and generated as PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables sending and signing of documents online in a very easy and user-friendly way which is very much necessary in today's world. Also, it is secure, provides visibility of document status.

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to figure out!

Sometimes there are text boxes that we need to add to the documents but don't remember until the agent has completed their portion of the contract and we can't edit after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to avoid using paper contracts. Much easier for us and the clients.
