The seamless e-signature functionality is extremely valuable as it eliminates delays and ensures secure approvals, significantly speeding up the process. The real-time tracking features are also a standout, providing me with visibility into when documents are opened, viewed, and signed. Furthermore, PandaDoc provides a secure, centralized platform for digitizing the entire document process, which eliminates delays caused by manual handling and allows me to handle critical paperwork more efficiently. The initial setup of PandaDoc was seamless, quick, and user-friendly, requiring minimal training, which made getting started a breeze. What do you dislike about the product?

While PandaDoc is highly effective, one area that could be improved is the flexibility of advanced document editing—sometimes complex formatting takes extra time. Additionally, occasional delays in loading large documents and limited offline functionality can be challenging while working in low-connectivity environments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PandaDoc to manage signatures on documents, digitizing the process to eliminate delays from manual handling. It provides a secure, centralized platform for document creation, sending, tracking, and ensures fast approvals, reducing errors and improving visibility into document status.

Its flexibility in workflow methods and intuitive set-up make using it straight forward for our team

I wish we could export draft terms in MS Word without the formatting becoming an issue

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using MS Word previously which was time consuming and allowed our team to change the templates without approval. The PandaDoc template feature allows us to keep better control of the documents being sent out and allows us to reduce errors. It's also provided a central repository for documents, where we previously replied on people sharing internally.

I appreciate PandaDoc for its consistent document layout, especially through its use of templates. The templates provide a robust guide for constructing contracts, which saves me the hassle of deciding what needs to go on a contract manually. This makes the process of creating contracts for cleaning and janitorial services in commercial properties far more efficient. I also find the delivery mechanism of PandaDoc highly beneficial, as it allows me to track when a contract is opened and how many times it has been reviewed, which is valuable when trying to gauge the interest and consideration of clients and stakeholders. Furthermore, the seamless integration of electronic signatures within PandaDoc eliminates the need to use additional software for this purpose, streamlining my workflow significantly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think some of the design aspects could be improved, especially for my industry. In the cleaning industry, there aren't many aesthetically pleasing document designs available. While PandaDoc does have one document that I was able to use, I believe there could be more updated features, possibly including AI integration. I'm not sure if AI is currently a part of PandaDoc, but incorporating it could be a significant benefit.
