Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It is priced better than Docusign. And the name makes me laugh.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is sometimes the files upload in the incorrect order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales and use Zoom as my platform for my sales calls. I am able to send contracts very quickly without meeting in person.

Being able to see which customers are viewing items, and how long they spend looking at them, really helps when it comes to moving the conversation toward making a sale.

There’s nothing I dislike about Pandadocs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is user-friendly, as even someone who isn't computer savvy can understand it easily. It's also very efficient for quick transactions, letting customers make down payments swiftly to secure a product. The initial setup was pretty straightforward for me, needing just a couple of practice tries to get it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only if I have to keep doing one over from the wrong location of one of our businesses.
