PandaDoc Streamlines Secure Partner Onboarding
Our workflow typically begins with an NDA, then moves to a Partner Information Form, and ends with a Partner Agreement. PandaDoc’s reusable templates, automated reminders, and document tracking have greatly reduced manual follow-ups and improved completion rates. I also really appreciate the dashboard, which makes it easy to see who has viewed a document, how much time they spent on each page, and what still needs action. It’s also simple to replace a signer, search documents by company or email, and organize files by region. Because we often share confidential APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation with OEM partners, PandaDoc delivers a secure, reliable, and highly efficient document management experience that I depend on every day.
When I’m managing a high volume of partner documents across multiple regions (Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia), the search and filtering could be a bit more refined. It works well as-is, but faster advanced filters—or smarter suggestions when partner or company names are similar—would make it even more efficient.
I also think the reporting and analytics could be more customizable. The current dashboard already provides strong visibility into document views, time spent, and page engagement, but having additional exportable insights or more trend-based reporting would be especially helpful for larger onboarding programs.
Lastly, while signer replacement works smoothly, it would be great to have more automation or intelligent recommendations when roles change within partner organizations, so workflows stay streamlined with less manual effort.
Overall, these are small enhancements. PandaDoc still supports our NDA, Partner Information Form, and Partner Agreement processes effectively, particularly when we need to maintain confidentiality for OEM integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation.
Previously, our biggest pain points were manual follow-ups, limited real-time visibility, and delays in getting signatures from external partners. PandaDoc addresses these issues with automated reminders that reduce the need for constant chasing and keep documents moving on schedule. The tracking dashboard is especially useful because it shows document status, time spent on pages, and engagement levels, which helps me prioritize follow-ups more effectively.
It also strengthens organization by enabling structured storage and fast searching by partner name, company, or region—something that’s essential for a large, global partner ecosystem. In addition, because we share confidential APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation only after agreements are signed, PandaDoc supports a secure, traceable, and compliant workflow. This reduces risk and noticeably improves onboarding speed and overall operational efficiency.
