Efficient streamlining + timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The notifications & analytics provided each time a proposal is viewed is one of my favorite features of Panda Doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more flexibility and creativity in content creation, as well ability to import different types of files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time saved while creating customized proposals and with fewer mistakes when changing the recipient's information from each project is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Panda Doc is great tool to manage content in one place, ensuring all team members are using the most recent versions. It also provides valuable insight into the potential client's viewing and engagement with the document.
Very functional software with small businesses in mind
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc works exactly like you would want it to. It was an easy move for us from DocuSign. We had used them for years until their cost per envelope sent got ridiculous. I love that with PandaDoc, you just pay for seats rather than docs sent. That makes way more sense to me. It was also super easy for my team to make the minor adjustments in workflow from DocuSign to Pandadoc. Super happy with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that some of the fields, like the date signed, would prefill instead of forcing our clients to click and select a date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in product development, so we need several sign offs for key steps in the product development process. We also need approvals for PO, and signoffs on final QC inspections. PandaDoc makes it really easy for us to get these key sign offs from clients.

Very easy to use and has reasonable pricing.

I would have liked to be able to add a company seal to documents

If you are looking for a user-friendly low-cost esignature solution, then definitely consider Panda Doc

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and track with the constand updates

I would like to see the forwarding change the actual required signer

Valuable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is so easy to use. It was easy to set up an account and start processing documents. I like that you can drag the document to attach it and choose what information needs to be completed electronically. Also, the tracking system is pretty useful from the moment you complete the document, to sending it out, to the person receiving and reviewing it, then finishing the document. I also like the option of sending the link without emailing the actual document. This is an excellent option to have if the person receiving the copy prefers text as their way to communicate. It makes the process of signing the document more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is searching the "home" button once the document is sent out. It's distracting to navigate back to the dashboard since the "home" button is not found easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has been a valuable tool for our office to use. It has increased our efficiency in getting documents signed and sent back to us in a timely manner. Our customers are always on the go so having this option for them to process documents electronically is a plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a better option to use if you do not have a limit in sending out documents electronically. We get recommendations from our customers about this system and they have considered using this option for their business as well.
An excellent document signing resource!

Ease of use. Excellent portal. Free for basic access!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This is the complete product and is as good as (if not better) than its competeters.

Avoided the need for clients to print and submit documents and has made the processes in my business better.
PandaDoc is Great
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a simple solution to address our needs and Pandadoc fulfill the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, client don't get the link from the software, so we send them via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot of time. Due to Covid19, clients can't come to the office. Software helped us to achieve the objectives.
Easy to Use, and Who Doesn't Love Pandas!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very hard to mess up! Love the UI, and support is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting can be a witch sometimes. I wish there was a option to rotate, as my document once came in sideways, and I had to re-format and upload again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting things signed easily is a breeze, and definitely a timesaver. I love being able to see when someone has viewed a doc, as I know when to check-in if it remains unsigned.
Finally a great alternative to the big boys in document signing
What do you like best about the product?
Handles all basic electronic document signing needs in a very simple manner, yet offers users a good selection of functions, at a great/fair price versus the industry giants in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much is missing for basic document signing.

Primary use for us with PandaDoc is presentations and electronic signing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Offer a free trial and suggest trying it for the 14 days if there is any skepticism. We did and then proceeded using on an annual basis (currently in 2nd year)
Best app for signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it is very user-friendly, and best of all, the free version has everything we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I found was that I didn't like that my documents would expire after a specific amount of time if no signature was received. I did not find a way to reactivate the document once it expired, so it appears that you have to upload and start over once it expired. Perhaps I am wrong and didn't see where to reactivate for a signature without starting over?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money each month by using this app over a previously paid app with the same features. I like that you can assign certain documents to team members as well.
