PandaDoc solves problems
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-save. Sometimes we lose connectivity, but not our PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not totally intuitive (or not EXACTLY like other word processing software - "Word" etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communications problems. The benefit realized is time-savings when composing outgoing documents.

I love the flexibility of pandadoc for uploading / creating templates and I LOVE the tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc can be a little annoying to get used to when customizing the documents. Especially since they did their "update."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has allowed my company to collaborate in editing contracting materials and given us greater transparency into is those receiving them are opening them or getting them at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has proposal templates with our products in there so it's easy to generate pricing. It is also a smooth process walking the client through the pricing and making any necessary adjustments
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send out a contract, it would be nice to have a copy of the email go out to me as well. Perhaps this is possible I just have not figured it out yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to live in google slides to generate pricing and present pricing, I can do it straight from the proposal templates we have.
Best application to deal with docs
What do you like best about the product?
I just like PandaDoc for everything. I mean, this app is amazing and has all the necessary functionality to operate with documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandDoc has bad HubSpot integration. There is a huge problem with searching on GDrive. If it will be fixed, there will be no flaws for me :)

Our company deals with clients' contracts, employees' contracts (and other docs), with legal documentation using Panda.
User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and user-friendly. It creates a platform to review all your information before sending it to your respective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I have observed would be the issue with sending documents to Hotmail ID users. some of the clients do not get their paper because it is a Hotmail account which can be frustrating, which implies that I will need to send that document again through another email address

PandaDoc is a stable, intuitive, and affordable tool for the document workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate user interface, ability to create folders with documents is very helpful in document structurization. I've been using PandaDoc for quite some time and there was not a single issue with it so far. The dashboard is very helpful if you have a lot of docs in progress and you need to have certain statistics on them. Document upload to PandaDoc is very simple, I use Google Drive sync with the service and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! It is really good and to my knowledge is the only document signing tool on the market that has a free version with so many functions available. For the basic needs, you don't even need to buy a subscription and if you do need to buy one it's priced fairly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients from all over the world. E-sign documents with panda docs is a solution to many problems. It's easy to send something to review and sign right away. One of the latest updates allowed me to edit documents directly in PandaDoc which is a long-awaited feature for me.
A huge time saver

Templates make it easy to quickly start a new workflow, while the roles allow me to easily collab on documents with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes some time to load, and having multiple tabs open really slows things down. Its is a good trade-off for auto-saved docs though!

Best Budget Friendly E-Signature Software
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a very user-friendly software that is perfect for the many contracts we send out. We had previously used two other e-signature programs or sites for our client and talent contract. As we added more people to our staff, the cost skyrocketed. That is when we started looking for an alternative. I had been familiar with some of the other features of PandaDoc, such as the Salesforce integration. Still, I never thought about its capacity for the number of contracts we send out daily. Other companies charge an arm and a leg or want you to move to a corporate account with many different features we don't need. PandaDoc not only has the capability for my entire team to access each other's documents, but that it doesn't break the bank either. PandaDoc also has the ability to grow with us, and not forces us into features we don't need yet. Great service! Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to the PandaDoc service is that when you have multiple users linked on a team, there isn't an easier way to filter only your documents. I wish there were a way I could filter documents by each team member as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes contract signing a breeze which in turn has helped our quickly we can close deals. The ability to be more mobile as also helped us keep our standard with out fast turn around time.
Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a signer, PandaDoc shows you exactly what and where you need to sign. This is a great feature
What do you dislike about the product?
After sending the term sheet to the recipient, it may end up in their spam folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending an e-document is a lot quicker than by mail. And it saves paper!
