A great, easy document sharing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it super easy to share the documents I need to with my team. I appreciate how easy it is to edit documents, add signature spaces and other editable fields. Being able to use such a versatile tool in my start-up for almost no money has been a true lifesaver and helped us build our professionalism
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the main inbox-type homepage was less busy, though this is very nit-picky. I don't have any other complaints at all about the site. Perhaps making it just clearer where certain actions are for new users?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has helped my start-up reach a more professional standing and up our abilities to create contracts, forms, and necessary documents that are useable, readable and editable for all parties involved.
Leveraging standardization to improve project onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Templates have the power to tame the complexities of proposals/contracts. While every project for us is a little different, the potential of the software pushes us to be more specific, requiring less customization per proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more intelligent variables. For instance, if an onboard database could be used to populate proposals more efficiently intelligently. This could also be linked to airtable, or google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposal consistency and standarization. This allows us to control the quality of our terms much more intelligently. We benefit by gaining more clients and projects.

It's easy, fast and reliable—an efficient way to exchange important documents and proposals.
Big time saver and easy-to-use eSign platform
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM integration is super helpful because it can prepopulate contract templates based on CRM Opportunity details - a big time saver for me. I also find the UI/UX to be very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard has a lot of information but could also be decluttered a little since certain document stages are irrelevant for me as an IC sales rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep, I use PandaDoc to send out contracts to new clients.

The ease of use from what I've seen is unmatched.

I haven't really noticed anything that stands out that I would dislike.

Ease of use when it comes to allowing customers and new prospects get any new products they may need.
The best tool for eSigning documents and order forms
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless integration with Salesforce. Very simple as it auto-populates fields and easily directs users on where to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike about PD. It works as expected every time.

Easily complete deals and sign secure documents in a few simple steps

Most helpful is the ease of use. The way you can seamlessly go from tab to tab is immaculate.

Sometimes searching for a specific thing is glitchy but other than that its great.

What do you like best about the product?
So I finally got to use PD in anger last week and it was as seamless as expected/hoped. At my previous company, I had to send PDFs by email and wait for the recipient to print, sign, scan and email the paperwork back to me. With PD, it took seconds to launch directly out of SFDC (with all of the relevant products and prices pre-completed) and fire that contract out by email once the prospect had given me the green light. I didn't have to think about what I was sending with the templates waiting for me, it's easy for the prospect to complete and you can't beat the 'your PD has been completed' notification once signed. I haven't had to utilise the document reminders yet but I'm sure I will and colleagues have commented on how useful they are beyond the usual email chasers :)

Nothing to dislike based on my experiences so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved prepping/sending/receiving documents is the biggest benefit as an individual contributor – it's beneficial for both the rep and prospect who ultimately just want to see the deal through once everything has been agreed.

Honestly nothing. Maybe it could easier to edit agreements on mobile.. maybe it couldn't?

Getting contracts out takes minimal effort as does editing them

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible how fast the process of document exchange takes place through PandaDoc. It's very easy and straightforward to upload a document and collaborate with internal and external counterparts on getting the docs signed correctly. This way, PandaDoc helps reduce a lot of admin time while also keeping everything nice and tidy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything specific, maybe the general interface can get a bit more modern and better-looking, but that's just for the looks. When we talk about functionality, PandaDoc is the best!

Mainly time savings and keeping ourselves compliant.
