What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc meets all our business needs and has great customer service. It is simple to use and very reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing I dislike about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get all our documents signed and processed in a very timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an esignature service, you can't beet PandaDoc!
Awesome service for a lot less money
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can send the documents either via email to the parties or just copy the link and share directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the signatures to be a little smaller and more realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy to send contracts to customers and get them back in a timely mannor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The service is excellent as compared to DocuSign for a fraction of the cost. Simple, easy to use, and understand. I highly recommend PandaDoc!
Great for proposals and anything else
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes it easy to produce great looking proposals. It has an excellent integration with hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if updates to a CRM record updated in the document without having to manually refresh each token.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases our sales velocity, decreased the amount of time spent creating and reviewing proposals, allows us to capture payment info in stripe while customers sign off on proposals all in one step.
Excelent Tracking, Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Interface is so simple, just drag and drop!
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving Templates and cooperative documents can be a bit tricky for newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None honestly as far as problems, but I absolutely love how it handles E-signatures and lets me share contracts with prosepects.
PandaDoc-Easy for all to use
What do you like best about the product?
Using it for my IEPs and being able to get signatures from parents instead of sending paper copies home. Paperwork doesn't get lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't remind parents to check the check box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing paperwork with students bringing it to and from school.

I really like using PandaDoc.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use. I love using it... and most of all my clients have had no issues using it. When introducing your clients to new technology, it is always a concern. Will they adopt it? Will I have to play tech support for them? It has not been an issue at all with PandaDoc. It saves me time and money and it is affordable!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, PandaDoc does everything I need it to do. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of time. When I sign on paper, scan or fax - it takes time. Time for me, time for my client. And I have no visibility to the process. With PandaDoc my time to process and get signed documents back is fast, usually in minutes, instead of hours or days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is probably not one solution that will meet everyone's needs. But, if you haven't tried PandaDoc yet - you owe it to yourself to try it and see it will work for you!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up templates and now adding images/videos is super easy. I was looking for a way to easily present professional looking quotes with photos that my clients could sign electronically and this is it!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay extra to get some of the features. Also integration with Quickbooks lacking

Quickly produce professional quotes to my customers. Quotes also serve as my contract and they can sign off electronically

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to put together professional proposals. They are always improving the product. Lots of features we are not using but want to!
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving text around is not as easy as a Sheet.

Ability to put together great proposals.

Good product and they are constantly updating.

Maybe the ability to add your signature when sending the document via email - but it's not a dealbreaker for us, and honestly, that is us trying to find something not to like.
