Easy to use tool, love it!
What do you like best about the product?
The SFDC integration and templates make sending out contracts painless and quick. Getting notifications on opens, views, downloads, and signatures give me insight I couldn't get with other tools. The Dashboard functionality allows me to see everything at a glance and stay organized. Bonus: The team at PandaDoc is always helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out so far; overall, the experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed an easy and secure way to get contracts signed and uploaded to SFDC, without the hassle and time of other contract tools. Can't imagine selling without it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You wont regret using this tool. The UX, the support, the entire experience is top notch. I've even had signers comment on how easy the functionality was to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ease of finding things and how it was easily organinzed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I enjoyed working in it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending out daily applications to clients. Very easy to send via email and clients seem to be able to work with the applications without issues.
Just as good as DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this is a free option to electronically sign documents that allows you to complete all of the same functionalities as DocuSign. I use it for my business to send out employment offer letters, contracts, and any other types of documentation that require acknowledgment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you send a document, you cannot change or replace it, even if the recipient hasn't viewed it yet. I understand why you cannot, but wish you could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to print, sign, scan back. It's so much more convenient for employees and for myself!

What do you like best about the product?
After using a few competitors, we have stayed with Panda Doc. It is the most efficient product out there and simple to navigate. Appreciate the link option instead of sending an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any issues with Panda Doc.

Employee forms and other documents electric signatures are needed.

Document signers just have to click on the website, review, sign, and Send. No need to save pdf manually, sign and email back.
The signers' signing activity can also be viewed by document owners in real-time, giving great visibility of the progress to document owners.

I wish the free-trial period can be extended.

I am obtaining document signatures from various parties in a shorter time and more efficient way.
Pandadoc is simple & user experience is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The process of uploading the documents and getting the electronic signatures is intuitive and straightforward. The user experience for document managers and signees is pretty easy. With PandaDoc, I am able to complete my job in few minutes.

Sometimes I send the documents to signees without signature boxes. I dont get alerts on documents without signature boxes. It will be helpful.

PandaDoc solves the preparation of documents for signatures with multiple stakeholders.
Intuitive, Easy, Fast and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
I switched from Rightsignature a few months ago, and couldn't be happier with Pandadoc! So easy, intuitive and well laid out. I love the editing options so you don't have to start all over again to make small changes like you did with RS. Works perfectly, easy for my clients as well,
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across anything I don't like yet.

Easy contracts, verified signatures, speed, accuracy and ease of use for clients.
