Great Salesforce Sync and Collaboration, but Can Be Slow When Creating Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Quick easy sync wit hSalesforce, when it works. And you can see the others edit the document like a google doc. Cool and beneficial feature when dealing with sales calls remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at time when manually creating a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pandadoc sync within Salesforce has to be fixed across the team multiple times in the near past. This causes not getting our contracts out in a timely manner.
Panda Doc Streamlines Our Workflow So Much Better, But Needs Better Contract Deadline Controls
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc has made our process so much more convenient compared to how we used to operate. Now, when someone comes in looking for a spa and needs to take measurements or handle other tasks, they can simply call us instead of having to drive back to complete all the necessary paperwork. Everything can be done entirely online, which is a benefit for both us and our customers. Previously, we had to take photos of the contract and send them via email, which resulted in poor quality and made it difficult for customers to sign and return the documents. Panda Doc has completely eliminated these issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish for is a time limit on how long we have to get a contract signed. Sometimes people take their time and let the process drag on for days. They may not realize that we can't begin preparing the purchase until we have all the required paperwork. Maybe this feature already exists and I just haven't discovered it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier to send contracts and required documents to customers for signatures, initials, dates, and more. It has helped us move away from the outdated process of taking photos of documents and emailing them.

Editing templates is not the easiest, also I am not sure how the contracts received looks like when I send one, but for some reason my clients dont always utilize the commenting/suggesting option of the platform

I appreciate PandaDoc's user-friendly interface, tailored perfectly for our needs, making document handling seamless and efficient. The setup process was surprisingly quick and straightforward, allowing us to get started without any hassle. I find it extremely helpful to electronically store and manage all our documents in one place, which simplifies monitoring and ensures accessibility. The simplicity and effectiveness of sending and managing liability forms for our volunteers are notable, as it streamlines our process and increases productivity.

The is a variety of way to sign and also it allows you to add templates therefore making it easy for you to work. PandaDoc helps you work smart and not hard. PandaDoc is time efficient and I use it every day as I have made it part of our business. The system is User friendly making it easy for our clients to sign.

I really wish there were an option to integrate with WhatsApp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For clients who do not have email addresses, especially those from rural areas, we have been able to use the link to send information via WhatsApp. This approach has helped us increase our sales.

I truly love PandaDoc. The templates I can create are very intuitive and easy to customize, which greatly streamlines my work. In addition, the ease with which I can now send and receive contracts has significantly simplified my business processes.

Although I’m very satisfied with PandaDoc overall, the only aspect I find could be improved is the price, especially when it comes to accessing more advanced features or higher-tier plans.
I understand that quality and versatility come at a cost, but it would be great to have more affordable options for independent professionals or small practices.
Other than that, the experience is excellent — the platform is intuitive, reliable, and truly makes a difference in document management.

PandaDoc has completely solved the problem of chasing people to sign documents or dealing with clients who don’t know how to sign using other tools like Adobe Acrobat.
Now everything is much faster and easier — the platform is incredibly intuitive, both for me and for the people who receive my documents.
It has saved me a lot of time and made my business processes more professional and efficient.

Efficient Document Signing, but Rising Costs Are a Concern
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send documents for signatures, getting approvals by email or even text. This eliminates the need for wet signatures in person increasing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has increased quite substantially in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling higher level executives ability to review and approve documents at their convenience without having to physically look through paperwork. Supporting our company with it's going green initiative.
PandaDoc Review
What do you like best about the product?
I was recently tasked to create a NDA for one of my clients and was researching the best tools to do that and Voila - found PandaDoc. It is very easy to use. Simply login and begin creating. As simple to implement as that. Can create all sort of documents and e-sign them then they can be integrated as part of mail and shared. Im definitely going to use this daily and recommend adopting it full fledged in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fields where it requires editing like like name field, sign field, address field are pre-marked and very easy to edit. Super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document creation using word is not always very easy so third party tools like this becomes very necessary for creating docs easily and sharing.
