Good value, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides useful features even to free users. Unlike many solutions out there that provide free account with very limited functions.

So far I do not experience any dislike based on my person usage patterns and requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting a signature on a document and sharing the document to be signed by another person.

Great Contract Application for Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow options for document approval. It keeps us out of slack and allows for a controlled contract environment while still allowing BD/Sales to own the process. Saves time for our operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tile view of the homepage isn't very user friendly - the executive signers can't tell what it waiting on them for action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve the problem of am approval workflow without sending duels through slack. The approvals in the system have worked nicely!
Excellent Product, Easy to Use, and Fantastic Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy PandaDoc is to use. I do not even need to explain how to use it, I can send a document off for completion because it's so user-friendly that anyone can figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a dislike, I would say that the signature doesn't look real. It's not really an issue though as the documents are certified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need for a signature service.

PandaDoc is so easy to use! Pick the doc, insert signature block and date and boom, done!

Nothing. Everything works great. You won't be disappointed.

I wish that it would have a ready-made field for Full Name.

We save so much time not having to mail out documents for signature. It's a huge time saver!
New Electronic Signature Software
What do you like best about the product?
This software is extremely easy to use. I will be purchasing a subscription shortly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't include the templates or being able to merge pdf documents. I hope that is in the paid for version.

This software has streamlined my sales process and made booking projects much easier.

I wish I had PanDadoc 4 years ago when I had to create quotes from scratch. PandaDoc is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily create a document in just a few clicks and how easily I can make changes to the quotes. No time to waste.

I cannot find something that I can really say I wish this was better

I used to take a long time creating a quote, now that I use PandaDoc I can create and send documents in a flash.

I love how easy it is to make templates and also love that it integrates directly with Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the email subject lines contain the PandaDoc branding when sending out a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes signing legal documents a breeze for my clients and a breeze for me. It has saved me a lot of time!
