Excelent Digital Signature Plataform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that it has an unlimited free account that has all the resources I need. When I started to use PandaDoc, I needed just one signature in one contract monthly. Now a days I use for more tha ten contracts every month and gowing a lot. And sometimes a find out it does other things that help me and I didn´t know about.
It´s just perfect for my needs today and I believe that it will help me a lot in the future.
When I started to use, they didn´t have in my language, but they solved that verry fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, nothing. It´s just perfect for my needs.
It could be better in a few thing like differetnt companies, as it says in the help as free, but it acctually just alows it in the pay version.
And it could have a "E-mail signature" Like a Busness card, at the moment I´m sending the contracts for my clients to Sign, it would look better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a platform for just a few signatures, and PandaDoc helps me with that. I have been expanding the use for more documents every month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Do Recommend PandaDoc to use, as it does have a solid platform of digital signatures and has a lot of features, even much more than I do need. You can use integrations for other apps, and, even I do not use it now, it does have integration with a few apps that I use daily. So they do worry about helping us do what we need.

Fantastic application to empower your sales team

I like the standardized editing experience for creation of documents. I also really like the integration with our CRM, Hubspot to create a seamless opportunity workflow

I would like to have an integration with our project management application, Teamwork.

We use Pandadoc to address several use cases, including sales proposal automation, quote preparation and presentation, and document signatures.

Be sure to take advantage of all of the functionality, and do not hesitate to reach out to support as needed. They are very responsive.
It has made my life sooo much easier for getting signatures from client! Thank you!

How easy it is for people you are sending things to. They don't need an app or any other thing to be able to make it work!

Nothing! I love it all! I don't have anything bad to say!

The problem of not getting signatures back from people is solved. Templates are super helpful as well to make it easier to get things done quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. It will make your life a whole lot easier. Before I was getting signatures by sending a PDF. But then my clients had to have the adobe reader and had to figure out how to get the signature part, etc. Not a fun experience. But pandadoc just does it for you. Amazing for covid times especially.

I like the signature page. It is helpful.

So many emails especially when you have multiple signers.

Getting documents signed when we can't meet in person (Covid).

The website software is easy to use and you get great looking documents.
Easy and efficient way to obtain signatures securely
What do you like best about the product?
This app was invaluable as we transitioned to telehealth services and needed to have authenticated signatures which were easily sent through email and I would automatically receive the signed copy to download. I also appreciate that the app stores the completed documents. I love that the free version does everything I need for business authenticated signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I did not like getting an email every time a document was completed, but then I was able to turn that feature off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any of my clients have been able to easily follow an email link to complete their signatures with no further instructions or assistance.
A must have tool to succeed in business!

What I like is the ease of use and the seamless integration for payment gateways. It has solved the biggest issues for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pandadoc should have a call center to take calls from customers, but other than that no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed my sales rep to have a form to enable them to close business right on the spots and Pandadoc not only has that but I was able to integrate with my merchant account in order to get paid right away!

Easy to use and super user-friendly when sending it to parties to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes. I guess the only thing I don't like is using the autofill feature. Sometimes it autofills fields that are not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to send contracts electronically without scanning and emailing them. I've become much more efficent.
